SAGE INTACCT - EASY AND CONVENIENT
What do you like best about the product?
I REALLY LIKE THE IMPORT TEMPLATES AND DUPLICATION OF ENTRIES FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOMETIMES, ESPECIALLY ON THURSDAYS INTACCT BECOMES REALLY SLOW AND THERE ARE ISSUES WHEN IMPORTING
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT IS FAST AND CONVENIENT TO USE AND WE CAN DIG DOWN ON THE NUMBERS FOR ANY POSTINGS IN THE FINANCIAL REPORTS
Sage Intacct is a very good software product
What do you like best about the product?
When working with multiple entities you don't have to login or out of each entity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not so easy to correct an error after a transaction in AP or AR is already posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
processing hundreds of transactions per month.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to attach support to transactions using multiple files is very helpful. There are many options to customize your Sage to your Company's needs. However, I do wish that some items should be standard for all clients (prepaid amortization) as an example.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a more seamless way to account for AP adjustments and netting AR and AP transactions. The current processes can be time-consuming and are often more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall organization of accounting records.
Sage Intacct simplified our check request process!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct allows for detailed Account Dimensions and access for multiple users. Easily allowed the transition to electronic AP processing for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't discovered any downsides yet for this program, it is working for our purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a program manager, it is allowing visibility and cleaner processes for AP and our budget process.
Sage Intacct from a Users Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly aspects of making journal entries and journal entry uploads. Having the system set up to update the cost center locations and lines of business automatically takes a lot of time off my hands and makes manually prepping entries much quicker. The upload feature also makes entering large entries easier and much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't run a general search amounts across the GL. Sometimes we make an entry that we need to find later on and are looking for a specific part that gets buried sometimes. Having a search that can filter on a period and then search the books from top to bottom would alleviate the need to dig and dig.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is our accounting software and main accounts receivable software. Because of Sage Intacct, we can maintain our books neatly and keep track of our outgoing invoices and incoming payments. We can also readily keep an updated AR Aging on hand to review and send to our customers. Sage Intacct also lets us keep an audit trail and attach backup documentation to each transaction, removing the need for physical paper trails and authorizations.
Easy to learn and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The cleanness of the design is definitely my favorite element of Sage Intacct
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can be hard to use at times. Compared to the easy usability of the rest of the software, I find reports to be a little less so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps a lot with keeping track of expenses with their credit card management as well as general account payable.
Great cloud-based accounting option
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a great cloud-based accounting software. Its interface is modern and user-friendly. Their help guides are relevant, to the point, and easy to understand. It's easy to access from anywhere, even on your phone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage is not always cohesive. For example, if you look at invoices through Order Entry, you see different information than if you look at the same invoice in Accounts Receivable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows us to access our records and input new ones from anywhere. It's easy to learn and easy to navigate. It has made our business more organized, made it quicker to pay vendors, and helped us lower our accounts receivable.
Sage is nice application
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access anywhere with a web portal. Ease of importing data from other applications for building invoices and payment files. I came from GP and really prefer Sage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some log-in issues have been a pain in daily processes. Backend connection information is not readily available, and problems take more time to fix than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access with web portal instead of on-prem environment.

Best accounting software by far
What do you like best about the product?
I think its a great solution for someone that needs far more than QuickBooks but doesn't want to hire a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fixed asset module could be better.

The ability to classify transactions in a way that helped answer questions about our business
