Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple modules such as deferred revenue, inventory, etc are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is different than most other accounting systems and takes more time to learn. Coming from a Quickbooks background, I struggled with Intacct initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to automate the deferred revenue and inventory processes.
My time using Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like the responsiveness of each screen and the ease of creating new entries in the modules that I use. Competitor's products are much slower and bloated compared to this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage is great, but it is lacking some features on certain menus. Although it is very responsive, some intuitive features like time checking are missing from certain screens, causing excess clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us with better time tracking and reporting against current projects. It allows for better management and insight as projects progress. We also use it to connect the accounting side to the PM side.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do things very easily. Reports and AR/AP are easy as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I love using Sage and have used Sage for a few years now

Would love to see an AP Automation happen and AR as well
Easy to use, clear
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use to input purchase orders for my company. The interface is clean and I can find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface to add files to POs is a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this software to help input POs for several facets of our organization that require specific coding.
Good experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
After using the same program for many years, it has been good to use a newer system that is easy to use. Being able to access the system wherever I am has also been a great asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing searches for problem-solving has been challenging. The search feature is not as user-friendly as I would like. Maybe having a combination of words to access searches would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The setup process was a challenge in the beginning with our numerous accounts and locations but those issues have been resolved. We have a small staff so the ease of use has been beneficial.
Best Accounting Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Sage Intacct to be very user friendly and flexible. The reporting capabilities, accuracy, and transparency are great. It is the best, hands down!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found many downsides to Intacct. For my application, as it comes through a 3rd party, getting support is at times challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct makes accounting, AP, reconciliation work, and all things related very simple and easy.

Sage Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sage Intacct because it is user-friendly and allows you to customize different reports, which can be produced automatically and sent to people at the frequency you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to reverse an invoice once payment is applied unless you reverse the payment first. I wish there were a way only to reverse the invoice and reapply the created payment instead of having to reverse both.

Sage Intacct allows you to create automated reports, so you don't have to do it manually. It also allows you to schedule recurring transactions or generate information
Amazing System
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is one of the best systems on the market. They did a fantastic job getting the initial information onto the system. It is so easy to create reports and run lots of analyses. It is the best accounting system I have used in my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tad expensive, especially with several users/companies. We ran into this issue when a few teammates went on family leave, and we had to add new users. While we had the option to switch those users accounts over, we found it easier to bite the bullet and just create new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally use Sage for accounting and ledger work. We also use it for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other pieces of our month-end close. It is a great system
Very good system for medium sized business
What do you like best about the product?
Getting the contracts module was helpful being a SaaS based business and tracking metrics that are important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting new modules to be functioning as we'd like can be a challenge with limited support or delays in support. I wish we could integrate with google sheets as that is what our services based team relies on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts module and revenue recognition has been much smoother and reconciliations easier since implementation a couple years ago.
