Product works fine, company's conduct can use an improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Financial reports are straight forward and customizable. Simple built in rev rec for contracts and projects
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not contacted early for our renewal and within days of our license expiring we were advised the annual cost was 4x the price without any addition / changes to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of managing interco and consolidation.
Reliable, Concise Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization within the software; it is easy to locate what is needed in a few short steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currency exchange rate is usually not updated real-time, this creates issues and requires manual adjustments later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows all payments to be recorded in a clear and concise way, resulting in workflow simplicity.
Simply Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I love Sage for its various features, namely creating journal entries or vendor profiles by importing a CSV file. Also, I like the automation tools for bank reconciliation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The absence of tech support that could promptly explain how to do a particular operation in Sage. Instead, I have to do my own research and refer to unrelated websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage helps my organization with general bookkeeping, processing bills, managing vendors, and budget planning, among other things. Sage has been instrumental in keeping our finances intact.
The Efficiency of Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I can say there's a lot of goodies with Intacct. The features on this platform is something else,it has got dashboards which are very easy and simple to put a report on one and this makes them look more professional. Through this product,we now have dashboards in all our department Manager's offices, and with the latest enhancements getting the most up to date and important information is quite easier. Most employees need minimal training because the application is easy whereas others just login and follow prompts and good to go without training. Sage Intacct has given us the ability to stop relying on spreadsheets to make our revenue recognition entries. The services we get from customer service and the database supporting team are tremendous. They are always available and ready to listen to what the end user wants and focuses on getting the best product in the market. They understand their flaws and are ready throughout to work extremely had to sort and improve on them. This platform allows us to customize reports, we have not yet utilized any of their reporting modules up to now.The efficiency and well laid out reports will make our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum challenges encountered have been sorted out by the supporting team who have been of great help as they answer questions and customer queries promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application allows us to organize and plan all our expenditure and allows us track on our overall spending. Through Sage Intacct, we have also increased our data entry quite effectively and efficiently.

It is quick and easy to use and allows you to view data in real time

it can sometimes be very slow and time you out too often

It allows me to pay the invoices that have been posted and converted by other users
Sage Intacct- suited for all types of users
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is noticeably better than our last ERP, Sage 300. The flexibility of the software is the best aspect and customization of preferences seems limitless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cash management module has room for more flexibility, specifically in check processing. I wish that I would be able to customize font size and placement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is the greatest aspect of Sage Intacct. I can create endless reports with ease and display them all on my customizable dashboards.

i like that it populates pre-existing information on its own and saves me time

off late its very slow when i search for invoices or client profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it keeps all invoice information at hand, ie, the payments and the overdue are easy to identify.

i have been using sage intacct for a few months now. it is easy to use, easy to pull various reports

the prepaid function schedule is pretty time consuming to set up in the first place.

The Dimensions and abilityto filter data.

We round on our financial statements, which can cause our statements to be off a $1, and we have to fix this monthly.

Ability to create financial statements per location and per service line.
Exceptional Product
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct's reporting functionality is the best I have ever used. We are able to run consolidated reports with a click of a button. The ability to customize any report to fit your business needs has been a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. Any time I have had an issue I have been able to use the help and support page to find answers quickly.
