User friendly, easy to learn!
What do you like best about the product?
As an AP Manager with over 15 years of experience, I've used many different programs for our Payables processing, and Sage is by far the easiest, most user-friendly system I've used. Pulling reports, posting GLs, and processing payments is simple, and makes my job far easier than before we got Sage!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a PDF reader in Sage so when processing bills in payables, Sage could pull information and auto-code the invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage speeds up all of our processes! The system we used to use was antiquated and did not have the functionality of Sage.
A very intuitive system with lots of support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the many ways I can get questions answered. I can join a user group, ask a question of the community, take an online class, or watch a video.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there is more functionality that we are not taking advantage of. Would love to have an assessment done for our particular company to see what we could do better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Cash Management module to reconcile multiple checking accounts. Process A/P paying vendors by check, ACH, and Wire. Can review and get information out of the General Ledger using dimensions which is important to us.
An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System for Business Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience and flexibility of Sage Intacct's features. The ability to quickly retrieve historical data, reference materials, draft entries, and upload files for longer entries makes it easier than ever to stay on top of accounting tasks. I also appreciate its intuitive nature, which requires minimal training before I can easily master running a GL activity or making manual filing changes. Two of my favorite features are duplicating previous entries and automatically modifying memo fields by changing dates that I may have missed manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the truncated project and task names in Sage Intacct extremely frustrating. It is difficult to distinguish between similar projects or tasks when they are only partially visible, making it difficult to quickly select the one I need. The inability to expand these columns exacerbates this problem - it would be much more helpful if there was a way to see the entire name, rather than being limited by its length.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps simplify my month-end and year-end procedures, allowing me to drill down into reports for more in-depth comparisons.
Fluid website construction and navigation.
What do you like best about the product?
How straightforward everything is and that the site makes sense when navigating between sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming and complicated for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounts payable record keeping and proper scheduling for payments.
Pretty good software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to pay down PO's. It is a cleaner look than the previous software we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The readability of the remaining balance on PO's is not very friendly. Running reports is not very good as you have to create most needed reports instead of just being able to click some options and pull what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only benefit I've seen is that I no longer have to pay down PO's manually.
Compliant Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive accounting software with the potential to interact with many other systems for an intuitive workflow process. The software is user-friendly and has multiple levels for a stacked company to be able to customize permissions with alot of care.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are not as comprehensive as I would like. The customizations on the reports are not as intuitive building additional reports required outside help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GAAP Compliance, inaction with other software for more streamlined workflows. Multi-level permissions have assisted in division of duties as well as company growth into multi-divisional company separation.
Sage Intacct is relatively user friendly and has a lot of tools
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting function is easy to use. It is easy to find certain items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate when I try to click into something and I get "duplicate attempt in wizard".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our entire business through Intacct. It allows us to use reporting straight out of Intacct into our financial packages
User friendly system with great support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that this program is web-based and accessible from anywhere. The implementation and support team have been really helpful for us in getting our company into Sage Intacct. We are looking forward to using it for the long-term.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything as of yet that concerns me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us become less manual and more streamlined in our processes. Our reporting has been simplified, as well as the processes for running financial statements. This has definitely benefited our overall production and timing.
Good system minor glitches
What do you like best about the product?
System is easy to learn and breeze through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The purchasing tab has some glitches that need to be fixed that effect the payables tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm very hands-on so I pick up quickly. Noy sure what problem-solving is benefiting me.
