Sage is a great system. Definitely love utilizing it!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and find needed information. Love the organization process of sage as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were a guide on short cuts and a manual on usage.

Keeps the books organized and easy to manage.
Sales and CRMs are a disaster - Go get SAP - better price + better software
What do you like best about the product?
SI product costing is a fantastic tool, and the fact that it can support most multiple sub-ledgers at a reasonable price is a huge plus. The Inventory Control module has been a massive help for us, but only does stockable FIFO kits and does not allow for routings or for bills of materials to build standard costs which is a huge draw back for what you get when you pay for SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
The assets module needs an update, and the inventory kitting feature seems to have a lot of bugs, but all are still useful for the price of Sage Intacct. SI also needs more short keys to match the productivity of other systems like SAP. Performing a bank rec is all done with clicks and takes what seems to be an eternity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows us to book our inventory movements by category which has been very useful in defining our waste, shrink, and cycle count losses in our products. That has been a nice feature compared to Quickbooks online but for 63k per year you should just go get SAP One and have an actual product cost module.
Intacct pushed us to use an integration team which had no idea how to manage this entire module correctly and we have rebuilt it in a more dynamic way... but it still underperforms vs the marketplact.

Software that is easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Feels user-friendly. You can figure out how to do different things with ease. If you have a question, the help & support at the top of the page generally has an answer for you. It is easy to attach a copy of the invoice for future reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once an invoice in A/P is paid, you can no longer make changes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I pull a report, it gives me details on the report. I don't have to go to each invoice to see the details because the report allows me to see them. This makes my job more efficient.
Sage Intacct is user friendly and easy to learn using the on screen help links!
What do you like best about the product?
The on screen help links have taught me about every transaction that I have needed to make. I continue to find innovative ways to help my team work more efficiently using Sage Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting, or custom reporting, does not allow what I want; or I have trouble finding the option. For instance, I created views to easily see AP Bill or AR Invoice attachments, but cannot create a view to see that an attachment was added to a JE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bank reconciliation automtation, AP Bill payment automation, Custom Reporting to assist with KPIs or random requests. All these things make us more productive. On the next page, it asks for a screenshot, but I kept getting the error, "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few." I tried multiple times and the screenshot to prove I was logged into Sage Intacct would not upload.
Intuitive and comprehensive
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, and easy to learn how to navigate entities and tabs, as well as how to easily find previous transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to record all transactions - whether bill payments, customer payments, cc transactions, etc., for various entities - in an easy to use format.
Straightforward interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Sage Intacct has a basic, straightforward interface. It's not difficult to find what you're looking for. With other software, things tend to get convoluted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I would consider a dealbreaker, or needlessly complicated. While there's always room for improvement with any platform, I don't see anything glaring to point out at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the PO Approval process . I do not find it difficult to navigate, or submit required purchase order requests. It keeps me from having to print a lot paper invoices.

Shared environment. Love that it automatically consolidates.

I don't like that you can't look within nominals by location/dept like you can in sage 200

I feel Intacct is very easy to navigate. It's obvious to find things and it's not overcomplicated!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the fields don't expand big enough. For example, when I add in Project Updates I need to put a lot of verbatim in and I can't see what I've typed

The upside of using Sage Intacct is that we are able to track our actual cost from start to finish and we can get a more accurate review of what is that we need to improve within our company
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that sometimes within Sage it feels like we might be a little limited and some reports that we are able to create as well as little shortcuts that we are able to use within Sage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has helped us by improving our cost-tracking system and we have been able to see which areas we need to improve within our company it has also given us a tool to see the more clearly.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how how customizable the reporting is to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running large consolidated reports takes a long time to export to excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us house all the accounting for our dozens of entities in one place and you can easily switch back and forth between them.
