What do you like best about the product?
it retains files and has needed dimensions
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, thus far it is the best accounting system I've used for NPOs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
files retention, cost center creations and expense and budget tracking

Still Learning the Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct seems to have endless capabilities. I enjoy the fact they have a community resource page to utilize for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implemenation aspect of moving over to Sage Intacct. The team assigned to us was not supportive of our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The top-level feature and the ability to set-up intercompany rules.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to drill down from one report to the source material continually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When altering accounts, location or other dimensions, the steps to get the new dimensions to flow into custom reports is tedious and complicated

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is beneficial. It wasn't easy in the beginning but now getting more familiar with the layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been live for four months now and still experiencing issues daily. It seems to be very slow when generating any type of attachments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is slowly solving all issue. It has been taking time but getting there day by day.

The sage support team has been very helpful and responsive to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing a single task takes multiple steps in a highly time-consuming fashion. It is not a very streamlined experience.

My Love of Sage Intacct

What do you like best about the product?
Its just so easy, no matter the task - how big or small, i never feel overwhelmed by using sage. In particular i love the ease of navigating through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing - it is just so easy. If i had to choose one element that could be potentialy improved i would suggest introducing an easier way to process refunds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solves every problem i have ever had to do with accounting softwares. The people who created the product deserve high praise. Being able to easily navigate between multiple companies in a group is a game changer.

Friendly User Interface and very adaptable

What do you like best about the product?
The support team makes the interaction with the system smooth and they are always available to answer questions and concerns you may have. Also, the system provides a lot of functions that can adapt to your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot of things that I don't like about the system but if I could change something that would be the main menu bar. It should be spread out into the menu bar instead of having to click on it and display the whole menu in just one corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice procesing and Purchase requisition/orders creation. Before Intacct, my company used to process all the invoices via email and it was really hard to keep track of status. Now, the process is streamlined and easy to track.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit and modify invoices. The system pretty much guides you by itself. I had minimal training on it and picked it up pretty quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything wrong with it yet. I super simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to fix mistakes after the fact. Usually in an AP position you catch mistakes after you complete a task. With Sage it so user friendly and am able to go back and correct. It also relieves work stress

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is the help! Excellent support for this newbie as I learned more inside of my job duties and how Sage Intacct applied to my role. The community aspect has been a life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unsure whether it's Sage Intacct or my on-the-job training, but there sometimes seems to be an unnecessarily complicated or non-intuitive path toward finding info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I'd learned how to navigate the different reports, I'm able to access targeted data to answer questions from co-workers or vendors about payments/invoices.
