It has taken our reporting to a new level and cut down on so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
All the integrations and consolidated reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! We haven't found anything to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of companies and it has helped us doing our consolidation to run AP, AR, TB and financials at a consolidated level.
I am an Intacct convert from Net Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I really like, a lot, the automated Intercompany bookings. The JE upload seems to be easier than what I am used to with Upload ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find a bit odd are the various journals like the GJ or PYJR. It's not really a negative thing, just take some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The booking of the intercompany transactions. It saves much time, and reduces the having to have people book both sides. Which many times people don't coordinate and bogs down the reconciliation process.
Sage Intacct for Multi-Entity Property is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Sage Intacct is for my team. We use it not only for our accounting but also for budgeting and fixed assets for multiple companies. It's much easier to use than QuickBooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a bank account has been set up in Sage, the information cannot be edited even if there is no activity within the account. So if you make a typo or select the wrong account, you have to start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct works directly with Paymode X to help us automate our AP cycle. We've gone almost entirely paperless in less than two months despite being a multi-entity property.
Sage Intacct Makes Accounting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see the dashboards and the dimension coding to create meaningful insights and analytics. It allows me, as an accountant, to understand better what is happening in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the document upload and view system could be updated. A lot of times when I am reviewing entries, I notice that deleting/adding documents does not work exactly how I would want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is the base of our general ledger and all of our accounting practices. It benefits me by allowing me to easily and quickly generate reports that create meaningful change within our organization.
Great experience and integration with ServiceTitan
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with ServiceTitan is great and has helped us automate our journal entry process and saved us loads and loads of time. The reconciliation process and its checks and balances has been helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been great so far but sometimes there are weird instances that happen without explanation. For example a few of our sales credit memos just stay in the pending state when they have already posted to the gl so they should be closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a legacy sage product where true visibility into our monthly financials was pretty difficult. Now with the drilldown feature and custom reports we are able to get the desired visibility.
Great Overall Experience
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like about Sage Intacct. It's incredibly user-friendly and has an excellent reporting function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Sage Intacct is the inability to delete payments/invoices that have already been paid. Mistakes happen in any business and we have a bill that was dated in 2050 that we're unable to delete so it just sits in AP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solves many of our issues. Some issues include cost of goods sold calculation, clear and accurate financial reporting, and Connectwise integration. This benefits the company by automating many tasks and keeping our books concise.
Sage Intacct is Incredible
What do you like best about the product?
I love the versatility of being able to use the software anywhere. The report builder is also incredible. It is nice to be able to make what my board of directors wants to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more canned reports, but I do like that the report builder gives me access to make what I need. I just think that some companies might need more basic reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows us to tract multiple federal grants by certain funding sources with ease. We also have many different counties that we have offices setup in, so it is easy to track them as well.
Simple interface with a depth of features to improve everyday accounting processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of duplicating recurring journal entries as well as the ability to drill down into line items within reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating new reports is difficult without training. I wish there were more customization options for favorited views as well as dashboard reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our books in good shape.
Good start, ready for more features
What do you like best about the product?
Invoice features that automatically populate and give great visuals. Ability to email statements directly from the software is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting is a little confusing, we are such a niche industry so i think it will take some more time to get everything running how we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating some of our work to make us more efficient
Easy integration & user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I was able to learn the platform with ease. I love the integrated invoice feature! Also, it's visually very appealing, and I find it helps my work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it's just been a learning curve as we transition from our old interface to Intacct, so the faults are mostly user error and not at all to do with the software. SageU is super helpful!

Intacct is allowing us to more effectively and efficiently handle AP as a company that is growing rapidly and constantly taking on further roles and responsibilities
