Easy integration & user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I was able to learn the platform with ease. I love the integrated invoice feature! Also, it's visually very appealing, and I find it helps my work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it's just been a learning curve as we transition from our old interface to Intacct, so the faults are mostly user error and not at all to do with the software. SageU is super helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is allowing us to more effectively and efficiently handle AP as a company that is growing rapidly and constantly taking on further roles and responsibilities

What do you like best about the product?
This application has got the ability to control, adjust, and customize everything. It gives us the ability to be able to set everything up the way we want it to be. It's a robust and outstanding product where everything about the system is custom tailored and we've actually created read only access for our committee in Finance Department to improve our reporting as well as access for auditors.
Sage Intacct has given us an opportunity of a far greater degree of transparency among our stakeholders than how it used to be initially. On the other hand,we've managed through this program to redeploy our employees to other areas because our time to process redundant tasks has been reduced. Sage Intacct has proved to be the best application in the modern technology for Financial Management Solutions. It has the ability to provide non accounting users the opportunity to have knowledge into financial information.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are few areas that needed some adjustments and this was done by the supporting team. With the determination they have I guess they can do better that what's currently done. Sage Intacct go go go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's through this product that we've been able to keep all our invoices attached for audit purposes. The features on the dashboard allows us to make sure that our ledgers AP and AR are in balance with the GL.
Sage Intacct is the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much I am able to do in this software. I am always able to pull reports for exactly what I need & it is easy to do so! I think being able to import files into Intacct instead of having to create them inside Intacct is one of my favorite things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were easier opportunities to learn about the product's capabilities. I know Sage Intacct can do so much more than what I use it for now, and I wish I could learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our General Ledger, monthly reporting, Accounts Payable process, and so much more. We use Sage Intacct as our primary software for our Accounting team.
Helps getting through the day a little easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly. I was able to catch on quickly which really helped when I joined the department I'm in. They really needed supplies and equipment ordered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't make changes once submitted. I need to have my manager decline the order and I'll make the necessary changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to track everything our department orders and where the funds are allocated.
Love everything Sage can do
What do you like best about the product?
The financial reporting tools are extremely helpful for our organization. Also having the ability to create custom reports gives us endless ways we can analyze data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take some time to understand how custom reporting works and how to get the product you want from data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper reporting and all information can be entered in one software. I can properly use my accounting training with a took like sage.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in reporting easy access to information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any areas that I dislike.

We utilize the product as our accounting software to produce our financial information.

Reporting. Intacct reporting are user friendly and you can customize them how you want

Reconciliation. Intacct reconciliation process can be confusing as the "matched" items still visible for human error.

What do you like best about the product?
It has tools that facilitate the reconciliation of bank accounts and is easy to use. also i like that intacct have the option of save the files and report that shows are fine
What do you dislike about the product?
times to switch between accounts can take a long time, sometimes the platform has problems when I try change of companies and I would like that Intacct functions were most speed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reconcile bank accounts and importing bank transactions is easy because is automated and, I am more productive also I can avoid errors of fingers yes the business are better
User-Friendly Straightforward Software
What do you like best about the product?
The Knowledge Base, and Intacct Community help in finding answers. The straightforward menus for performing tasks. The upload templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer to be able to customize reporting more by location.

Clean and organized bookkeeping and financial reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Sage is so easy to navigate.
In Sage, there's this box where you can upload file such as proof of your financial request.
Sage keeps everything organized so that even later on we can go back to review our document.

What do you dislike about the product?
The description box and justification for the payment box are repetitive since in the attachment box where you attach financial proof, they ask for a description already, so just minimize to 1 box to save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage keeps everything organized and makes it easy to go back and review financial files. I like that Sage has prefilled items so that its just a click away from getting to the right financial folders.
