Awesome tool for Greatest experience due to its modernization
What do you like best about the product?
Its has great support on both multi-currency and multi-language that makes it stand out to be the greatest of all times.
Offers great experience on all financial related processes to we users due to its modern features.
Its user interface is fast ,simple and straightforward making the whole system so user friendly.
Its processing speed is amazing hence saving much time to focus on other related programs.
Without forget the helpful support team who have walked hand in hand with us to ensure we get great service 24-7-365 days.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. I found this product so effective with a very low learning curve. I really enjoyed using this product on daily basis. There has been a positive progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped us in in managing, tracking and reporting in accounting processes. Inventory tracking and ordering has been made easier and more accurate
Sage Intacct had been extremely helpfu;

I enjoy using Sage Intacct because of it's ability to use multiple dimensions, which makes ad hoc reporting easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if Sage Intacct integrated directly with POS systems.

Sage Intacct records intercompany transfers seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Exchange rates are not available to view in the system
- Consolidating a subsiduary in a foreign currency happens in the background, and you are unable to view postings and exchange rates

Consistency is Key!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to go to the previous page sometimes and using the back button on the browser. That still may not even work.
To click into an account can be confusing sometimes as to whether I'm going to be viewing the settings of the account or the financial aspect of the account.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GL Reconciliation and Accounting has never been this easy/automated for me. My previous company was doing all of their accounting in an excel workbook. This is so much easier!
Not editable enough
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting capabilities. Syncs well with other software like Bullhorn and Beanworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
How everything is cemented forever. Not as user-friendly as Quickbooks. Not intuitive,

Providing us with better record keeping.
It was confusing in the beginning, but it is easy to navigate through.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can reverse/delete invoices rather than having to create a credit to correct the invoice. Being able to import a large number of invoices is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Intacct is not so much in Intacct, but how we were trained to use it through your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us reduce time by entering our invoices and check runs.
Better than Quickbooks!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Very straightforward and simple to find everything. I find it more user friendly over Quickbooks.

The company levels and having to switch between them.

The ability to work with multi-entities in one place.
Great Non Profit Software (Church)
What do you like best about the product?
We are a multi-location non-profit (church) and the dimensions in Intacct make it so easy to see the income/expenses by location. In addtion, the reporting is great and I love how I can easily create my own reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about Sage Intacct, it is perfect for our multi-location entity and the reporting is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us with detailed reporting by location. Sage has benefited us because there are useful reports I was able to setup for our management team to review.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can duplicate a bill with the same vendor. I love that I can run reports to research my bills and payments to match up with my other Data reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sage is not able to catch duplicate invoices in time before we can process a payment. I wish the system could flag the duplicate invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really eliminates the pain of manual accounts payable invoice processing with automation. I love how the system allows you to duplicate the last bill .
Sage Intacct is user-friendly and the customer service team is awesome!

The Help & Support tab is a beneficial tool! I take advantage of the Help & Support almost every day, which always provides the answer I need!

Sage Intacct isn't user-friendly when it comes to making adjustments/revisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has helped to automate daily tasks and helps reduce the need for manual entries with it's import tool.
