Accounting Integration Supervisor
What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly. I like how there is different application menus.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I get errors uploading journals its hard to tell what went wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had problems that our DOA team hasn't been able to fix.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct is easy to use and offers excellent tools and features. I love the easy access to the GL and aging reports and the "Star" facture. It also provides a step-by-step guide to stay updated with new versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish was different was if there was a feature that lets you select multiple entries under cash management so I could attach my attachments all at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyday Sage Intacct makes it easy for me to import my entries using CVS files and have all my backup attached to each entry. It also helps with customizing the GL, which helps me quickly clear up variances.
It is very user friendly

It is easy to review general ledger detail and trace entries
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reports take a while to load. This can slow down work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our general ledger software.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is straightforward and the modules are well organized/easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like there to be more resources on the fixed asset module. The beginning stages of the implementation are not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our GL and it helps us track our accounting for our year end audit.
Intacct is very easy and useful for our accounting purposes
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity is the best thing about Intacct. It is very easy to use every function of Intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are sometimes hard to make. This function good be more simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems that we have.
Sage is user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Another great addition is that there are training manuals to help you navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
For accounting, the only implementation I would add is a filter for users to filter out only by names so that only their payables paying bills are selected. It's tedious to go through them one by one and add a search bar for selective bills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is beneficial to me when paying bills.
Different from any other accounting software I have used
What do you like best about the product?
Now that I have been using it more often, I am liking it more. It is so different from what I am used to; it made it a difficult transition. There are a lot of training videos that were helpful for me. I also like that I can drill into accounts and the ease of building reports. I love the possibility of saving all backup with the entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see account balances without running a report. Historically, in other accounting programs I was able to view account balances and activity by just pitting in the account number - in Intacct I have to run a report always. It drives me nuts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure that it is solving anything for me at the moment. It is the accounting and reportng tool we have to use.
Sage Intacct is a great accounting software that could use some small improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Sage Intacct is very intuitive to use and I like the accessibility of the software (for example, being able to click on the trial balance and automatically see the query for that account).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that a bit more flexibility could be had with the filters... for example, it would be very helpful to be able to filter by multiple projects. Intacct has most of the filters that I would want but this is an example of one that would be useful as sometimes projects get put under 2 project codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct gives my organization a way to easily maintain and reference our accounting records. I think that certain features, like the ability to duplicate journal entries, save a lot of time.
User friendly, easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate through the different screens. Being able to upload CSV files helps a ton especially when doing things like bank deposits and credit card transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
The transfer over from Quickbooks has been tough as we are still waiting on a few items to convert over

Book keeping is easier now
Sage Intacct from a long time NetSuite user
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search the GL by vendor/customer/account. It is fairly easy to dive into the GL detail for each account and view transactions by customer and vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a better dashboard and ability to reference your saved reports quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping us manage our multiple international subsidiaries at a lower cost than other ERPs. The reporting and user interface is easy to navigate.
