Flexible and strong
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like best about the Sage Intacct platform, but the chief among them is its accessibility and transparency. Our Finance Committee now has read-only access to the system, which has helped us improve our reporting. In contrast, our auditors have the same level of access - streamlining the auditing process significantly. Any church or charity could benefit from this excellent service.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sage Intacct is the bare minimum they offer. Although I would welcome their entry into adjacent markets, such as manufacturing and wholesale distribution, I believe they would be better served by honing their current competencies before expanding. Over the years, we have implemented various systems, but Intacct is the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I have with the Sage Intacct software is its lack of flexibility in managing delinquencies. For example, I would like to be able to create a payment plan for a customer who offers to pay their debt over time. However, the software does not allow me to do this directly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is an excellent platform which is user friendly and very easy to navigate.It has a simple interface and it is customizable to suit your needs.The customer support from the company is also great and helpful.Sage Intacct has really helped out our company in quickening our accounting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is wonderful and our experience has been great so far and every company should use it. We have nothing to dislike about the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has allows us to organise our inventory easily. It has also helped us in expenses and cash management. It is easy to settle payments and this helps in saving time.

Not sure i would consider this a downside for us, but just being an accounting software it doesn't have some functionality that a netsuite would have.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is how easy it is to get to different modules and the ability to make changes with just a few clicks. Similarly, I appreciate how simple it is to locate a particular bill; use the wildcard symbol (*) and enter the bill's name, and the system will display all instances of that bill - accessible with a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that I cannot delete a previously recorded financial transaction in Sage Intacct. This is not a direct payment from Intacct because the amount is more comparable to a check, and it requires me to exercise caution by canceling the transaction and then double-checking the register.

Sage Intacct makes it easy to generate in-depth, company-specific reports. As a result, teams gain significant time by being able organize reports at the end of every month. This allows businesses to make informed decisions using more data.

What do you like best about the product?
It so simple to come across a platform but it becomes a bit difficult to find the exact features you are interested in. I came across sage Intacct and literally found more of what i aspiring for. Talking of it merits; * you will find out that the platform is simple to set up for usage.
*Statistical journal on the other side helps keep track on the rate of expenditure. It is also fully enhanced by infusing KPIs.It becomes easy to streamline cash management.

The platform has all it takes to have such an impressive cash management particularly for an organisation. Talking of cons I don't think I've one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has fully inflated our cash management, that is from billing toto payroll generatio. Anything that is cash related is fully sorted out.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is the simplicity of creating digital attachments. Having a digital copy of all financial documents is practical and aids in maintaining order. I prefer being able to quickly review past months in my digital archive as opposed to searching through boxes of paper documents. I also greatly appreciate how simple it is to navigate the website. Sage Intacct facilitates the visual organization of my data by displaying only the information I need to see without any distracting visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Sage Intacct's poor integration with external applications. For example, I might not be able to give you as many details about a transaction as you'd want because of how Sage integrates with other platforms. However, in the future, we may see a deeper integration between Intact and services such as Sisense and Certify, which would alleviate this pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sage Intacct software helped automate several manual processes for the clients, which in turn accelerated closing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is an excellent and ever-evolving software for accounting needs with new features added now and then. The implementation process was quite easy and straightforward thus saving time. Sage Intacct is very intuitive, easy to learn and use. Since i started using this great application i don't think i have ever encountered any downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the banking integration would be a little easier to save time. Overall, it is an incredible tool for accounting and financial management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is an user-friendly and excellent accounting system. I like how it is seamless to detect and eradicate discrepancies on invoice. Availability of customer support team is an added advantage.

Sage Intacct is one in a million application for accounting and financial management. It allows us to quicken our accounting processes and it is extremely easy and quick to implement and set up. I like the cloud based platform which is quite nice and great. Also, it offers effective automation for invoicing.

I have no negative feedback about Sage Intacct since it is serving me well and perfectly.

All it has are merits because it even cut the cost that would have been spent to hire more accounts experts.

What do you like best about the product?
With Sage Intacct I have saved more time due to AR invoice receipt important.Being able to streamline the cash management is such a great aspect to achieve. One can access data easily from any point.The platform has incredible features too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analysis of data is quite an issue that should be looked at.Am not able to fully access data and analyse them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has really helped in approving our cash management. This is a great aspect to entirely commend.
