Reliable and always available tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has streamlined our data. Where we had many paper files earlier, we moved things here during my last project. We have made dashboards on it, which are direct and uncluttered. It now reduces our time for audits and improved decision-making. The best feature I liked was I could use wildcard characters like excel to search for bills.
What do you dislike about the product?
In-depth analyses of data using slice and dice are complex, so we export the data to PowerBI. Automating manual entries and logs for them will be a great addition to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During my last project, we set it up for the Accounting team. We were earlier manually bringing data from banks, payment gateways and manual files and collating and making reports, which are now all shifted to Sage Intacct. Now we are using it for cash management; even the HR team is also onboarded for payrolls. Manual intervention is reduced by 50%, as only one team is involved, and manual bill handling is also stopped.
Great accounting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The sage interface is very user friendly. I like that you can save your favorite applications and bookmark certain pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I use Sage for, I don't see any downfalls of the software.

We can approve bills remotely through the mobile application.

There are no complaints so far from all my users, and also Me I do not have any.

The ability to customize fields, dimensions, reports, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I'm a big fan. There is always room for improvement. I would like to see improvements in the inter-entity receivables and amortization module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are growing. I've added 25 entities to our system in the last month. Adding a new entity, setting up bank accounts, etc. is very easy.
Outstanding, robust and user-friendly cloud-based tool for accounting and financial management.

It's an outstanding and very effective tool for accounting and financial management. Makes it easy to manage expenses and validate expense reports. Very user-friendly, intuitive and highly customizable to suit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not yet experienced any challenges since I started using Sage Intacct.

Great customer service and excellent services. It is one of my favorite application for financial management. It helps me to manage our business expenditures and helps to reduce paper work and eliminate human errors.
Complicated,charges for support including issues from new releases very slow to get answers back

Limit transactions from warehouse, slow responses, charged for support from reseler for a cloud based solution. Top and Bottom cause issues, can't delete

Accounting software like QuickBooks is the best I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the robust feature set of Sage Intacct, especially its integration capabilities. It is easy to use and understand while managing cash flow and creating consolidated financial reports that include revaluations on foreign exchange transactions. Our workflow has become more streamlined because connections with other software programs like MineralTree FloQast allow us to optimize our month-end processes and automate Accounts Payable. Moreover, it's super helpful in generating meaningful financial analysis regardless if we need a summary or detailed insight at the entity level or for an entire organization – all without sacrificing accuracy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sage Intacct to provide guidance for failed imports so I can troubleshoot it efficiently. It would be helpful to receive suggestions as to how the value should be or examples of a good deal; similar features in other ERP applications, for example NEO or SAP, could also benefit me greatly.

The Sage Intacct software application simplifies the process of generating financial statements, allowing a diverse range of users-not just accountants- to gain quicker access to data if month-end is completed sooner.
Outstanding Software for financial reporting!
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features of Intacct is its ability to create duplicate invoices and make simplifications the invoice process easily. When modifying a journal entry, rather than having to determine which account to record it in, you can return to a previous entry and change the numbers there. Additionally, exporting data into Excel is a very convenient feature of this Software. We rely significantly on Excel exports from the built-in export function within Sage Intact. Overall, Sage Intacct has proved itself as an exceptional resource - particularly for month-end reconciliation and invoice verification before payment tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how the Jobs screen is organized with a hierarchical parent-job connection. To disable this hierarchy, you must go to the All menu and select the corresponding checkbox. But each click causes the website to reload, which takes a few seconds. So it can take quite some time to disable the hierarchy view if you have a lot of jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Sage Intacct is facing is that they need a way to connect all of their assets. This makes tracking and collecting money for their equipment difficult, mainly if multiple employees use the same support. Additionally, their invoicing information needs to be more comprehensive, which makes it even more challenging to keep track of everything.
Intacct in Healthcare
What do you like best about the product?
Sage really helps keep all accounts payable aspects in order in an easy, and manageable, user friendly way. I love how banking is so easy as well with the bank recs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to resign in after a short amount of time, during my workday i have to sign in a few times and restart all the entities. If it can be longer, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is solving having invoices missing or duplicated because it doesn't allow for duplicate invoices to be imported from other programs. Helps for accurate bookeeping.
Sage Intacct is a valuable resource.
What do you like best about the product?
The best things I like about Sage Intacct are its powerful reporting features and how you can " customize " the data. The software is also easy to pick up and operate due to its aesthetic design. Another great thing is that Sage users can combine their software with those of other industry giants. Our organization has integrated Sage with various applications, such as Expensify and Bill.com. For the most part, Sage Intacct has exceeded my expectations; I'm delighted we made the transfer to it from our old accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that Sage Intacct doesn't keep up with the IRS's constantly changing standards for completing information returns and the required supporting documents. As someone responsible for Regulatory Compliance processes, this lack of updates creates more work because I have to research the changes myself and then update our procedures accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is a hub for other accounting tools we use from our suppliers. It assists us with automating a considerable number of administrative work, simplifying our accounting methods, and saving resources.
