The system is very easy to learn and move around to different segments.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of the wild card when looking up a supplier. It helps with time and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is when I time out of the system.

I have to report by location and the feature is quick to find the report and quick to get the detail to the users.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm impressed with the new update that allows for the invoice attached to appear next to the entry. I wish the program would arrange the screen like that automatically without me prompting it to happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a lot of keystrokes. I'm consistently clicking, clicking, clicking, which takes time. There are specific processes where keystrokes could be eliminated to improve efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not entirely sure what problems are currently being solved by the company.
I find Sage very helpful and user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is easy to navigate and pull reports from. The importing process is easy and convienent. I find Sage very user friendly and the customer service contact us section is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I enter invoices, I find there is not enough room to see the full invoice without selecting each one individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there are any issues with an import, Sage Intacct emails a detailed reason why there was an issue with the import. I find this very helpful!
Sage Intacct is a very intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sage Intacct extremely easy to navigate. I enjoy how frequently the software is updated. The team seems to listen to customer feedback, and the improvements regularly made show that. I also enjoy the descriptive training at my fingertips shared by the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the least helpful aspect of Sage Intacct is the lack of automation. Having the ability to set up automated journal entries when uploading bank files for reconciliation would be greatly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the largest challenges for which Sage Intacct has provided benefits lies in the time it has saved us in mass uploads. It is miles beyond having to manually enter individual receivables invoices.

It's very easy to use. Made it possible to consolidate our financials and love the dashboard and kpi's

Report building isn't always the easiest to build.

Presentation of financials are better.

The simplicity of using it, breadth of capability in many sectors, quickness of deployment and integration, and the opportunity to purchase already-integrated add-on items from the marketplace. Excellent for contexts with many organizations, including healthcare, technical services, and software.

Sage Intacct is an excellent accounting enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that you should investigate. Since I began using it, I have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has assisted our business in accounting and reporting. It has saved us a great deal of time because billing is completed automatically without user mediation. Sage Intacct also facilitates budget planning and tracking for corporate operations.

Sage Intacct has helped us to improve our accounting and financial management since now we can do everything digitally. It is very intuitive, user-friendly and highly customizable. The cloud based platform is amazing and fantastic.

Extremely intuitive system with new features added and old ones refined frequently. Makes for great use and

What do you dislike about the product?
Inbetween versions of new or upgraded features can be a bit glitchy (typically minour issues, but can throw the user off). Import error messaging system could be self-contained rather than an email with somewhat obtuse phraseology, making it easier to address import errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct currently is working on advance find and view options through the "manage view" and other avenues that will make it easier to track down, enter and update information.
