Great System but Lacking Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is really simple, clean, efficient and easy to use. There's out of the box solutions that can help your organization do light customization without heavy programming costs or skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can tell different programming teams don't work together. There may be a feature in one area but not the other. For example, approval workflows in purchasing and accounts payable, but not cash management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage continues to improve upon bank reconciliation automation which decreases the amount of time spent reconciling and improves cash balance reporting.
Although not my first now my buddy with procurement and supply chain management.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to generate quotes and purchase orders from the system.
Convenient to timely issue invoices to both our customers and vendors with efficiency management of their account.
Incredible with Tax calculation and adherence to rules.
It's a multi currencies ERP.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is easy to learn and moreso user-friendly.Creation of dashboards for operation usage is easy.Cloud based makes it easy to implement and it's maintenance is low. Since Sage is web-based one can use it from all wherever point.The functionality is great making it a reliable accounting tool.

Moderation to its pricing will attract new business anticipates.

Sage is really a suitable tool for fixed assets management.It really automates invoice and bill processes.For payment processes with sage, its simple and quick.Currently we create financial reports enhancing real-time visibility for the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct facilitates the monitoring of our expenditures. I like that you can quickly access information using a browser and the cloud. I can access this doing anything with my devices from wherever. It safeguards your data most effectively. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, time and cost, and accounts payable and receivable are among the robust features of Sage Intacct
What do you dislike about the product?
There are numerous faults in the system, and the wait time to speak with customer service is lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage expedites reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies, which used to be time-consuming. Seeing the program's capabilities has been astounding.

Ensure that you ask your implementer about all the features and how you should/should not utilize them in your daily life.

I love the purchase order system. This system allows staff and supervisors to make and approve requests with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A-- I do not have any dislikes. Sage is not missing anything. Everything works properly. This product is great. Our agency needs more training to use this product and learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has helped our Finance Department to work smarter and not harder. We're able to track and monitor more efficiently. Payments and deposits are captured and managed as needed by the agency.

Sage Intacct is excellent software and there's nothing I can complain about. There are plenty of features available in the software which allow us to perform our tasks freely and without any restrictions, features are very helpful to do any kind of task we need to do inside our company

Sage Intacct is great and easy-to-use software, making it the best application for business accounting needs. Sage Intacct can make general ledger reporting extremely easy to manage and anytime I need to use it, I can access everything all at once.

This platform helps you to obtain a high growth with sales and offers applications to increase the accounting, allows you to manage orders, make financial reports and adapts very well to any commercial need that you need to execute, this service offers a follow-up to inventories, where it helps you to order, analyze and customize them easily and simply, besides it is a very flexible application to work with and very friendly to use, it also contains technical support which is very well structured which response in a way immediately and solves any problem in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the configuration of the search panel should solve it since when you use this function when searching for a name of a client, supplier or employer, sometimes the generated search is not found, which is a nuisance because it does not allow you to search with peace of mind and it attracts waste of time because it does not allow you to do the process properly, apart from it has a very high cost which should make it more accessible so that more users can afford for their business needs.

We use this service as a tool to automate our organizational accounting, where it allows us to create inventories, track our payment and sales records, allows to create financial reports to gain better insights into our business process, and help us to treat our clients excellently because it provides functions capable of improving their business needs, apart from being used as an alternative to project and reconcile our finances, and this helps us to generate more sales with our complete projects.
