Good Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Seems to be intuitive and some aspects easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes errors logging in to system leading to delays.

All in one software.
Sage intacct for business
What do you like best about the product?
Sage intacct is a nice software as a service for startups or small business accounting. It offers multiples api for interrogation with other softwares.
Authentication with 2-factor check is a plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say about this. Maybe only the user experience is sometimes perfectible. Some features seem lost in menus and require many clicks, shortcuts would be nice sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will be using it for revenue management, inventory and vendor history over the years.

Awesome Experience Working with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
AP Bills, Ageing Reports, Trial Balance, AP ledger reconciliation is very easy, Journal Entries are made every one's easy life, MIS purpose FRP reporting interface is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Purchase order mapping with Invoice is not interfaced, AP Invoicbooking UI interface can be better, Time & Expenses UI is still Old UI, Even in Time & Expenses Payment also UI is old not yet changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By reviewing Trial Balance we can have a complete review analysis, Payment of AP bills is very easy with a selection of vendor payments, no need to pass additional entries for payment.
One of the best accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Intacct for the past two years and before that I was using SAP in my previous organisation. So comparatively I find Intacct is easier to work with and reports are simple and easily understandable.

What do you dislike about the product?
In "Accounts Receivable" - "Receive a payment" - the default payment method and Bank account should be blank. Every time it will take default payment as Check and I end up applying wire payments as check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Intacct for AP Payments and now I have started AR Cash application activities. Intacct is easy to understand and use. I find this system easy to train my peers.

Unable to delete transactions once posted. Have to go through vendor for support

Billing customers and AR tracking is very easy. Love the integration with bill.com software which keeps registers up to date automatically

Intacct is very user-friendly software.
I Use Intacct for the creation of third-party purchase orders on the regular basis. It's easy to verify and edit. I have used SAP previously but Intacct is very easy to handle.

Few improvements need to be done to add a few features like dealer details along with end-user detail. Few more features can be added as per user requirements.

Sage Intacct is easy to make changes/ edit in case of any mistakes. It saves lot of time and energy.

Best Web based Financial management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly it is a purely web-based application so users can access it from anywhere. The user will not be dependent on a specific machine or environment. We have the ability to integrate our personal applications according to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is nothing which I dislike about the product.

Sage Intacct will help us to manage our financials. Also, we can integrate any third-party application for enhancement.
User friendly accounting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The system is well integrated with other systems. Easy to pull the reports and can be customized as well. User friendly and easy to navigate. Most of the finance and accounting processes can be automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It slows down when having a lot of data and also it sometimes gets errors when downloading excel files. Limitations in the customization report. Payment remittance will be sent to only one email address if there is an option to send to multiple addresses would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this product for complete Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger reporting, Travel and expenses and Creating purchase orders, cash management, etc.
Accounting Tool for Multiple Entities
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very user-friendly and we can get used to the interface very quickly. It is easy to navigate in the tool and since all the options are available in one place it's easy to know the options available and gets the works done fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there is no separate application that can be installed in the system it becomes very tedious to work in Chrome by using multiple tabs. There can be an improvement in Journaling if I pass an entry through Journal there will not be any separate document that will be generated which leads to further work in finding the journal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For AP Invoicing, Employee Reimbursement and reporting. Easy to navigate and can generate reports very quickly. The integration of Basware and and Intacct is very smooth.
Multiple entity accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is a User-friendly interface. Use to handle multiple entity accounting, consolidation and reporting. Help on every page is to make it easy for new users to learn. Vendor details updation is easy and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a lag in posting the journal through blackline software. Only one vendor email id is sent for the payment remittance, more than one email id should be allowed to be sent for payment remittance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Intacct for accounting and reporting financials. We also use accounts payable, time & expense and accounts receivable. Vendor payments and employee expense reimbursement payments.
