Detailed but overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I like the calculation tool that sums up all your financial requests without me using a calculator
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get confused as to why my requests go to a different person instead of where it was intended for?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my company, SAGE helps us to log all our financial requests be it reimbursements, cash advances or booking of any vendor service that requires financial resources.
Very Easy and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intact is easy to navigate and learn. It has all the basic accounting functions but it also has very easy to create dashboards for operations managers to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish our current version of Intacct had more reporting functionality. Perhaps an easy-to-use and change report that you could add or remove fields depending on what you're trying to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a late-stage start-up company, Sage Intacct has streamlined many of our processes. We have been able to take full advantage of the AP and AR subledger functionality for better visibility into our spend.
User friendly accounting tool for multi entity environment
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface with help section on every module and page in Intacct. The on-demand course helps users train and perform their duties effectively and faster. Support by the company is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates cause some of the predefined or custom reports off of the list in Intacct and we have to reach out to Intacct for resolution every time. This makes our work difficult to perform. All the courses by Sage Intacct should be available to users for better usage of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sage Intacct for Accounts payable, receivable, cash management and time & expense management modules. We use open-air Yay Pay and blackline software to make it a full P2P package. We are implementing BeTreel smart EFT for payments solution as an automation strategy to reduce manual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Dimensional accounting seems to be one of the key advantages over previous systems when talking to clients. Cloud based makes it extremely easy to implement and low maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts feature is a pain, when re-importing employees these all have to be manually deleted first, as well as numerous clients list some of their employees amongst suppliers creating duplicates. Needs improved fixed assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dimesional accounting allows for a concise chart of accounts rather than the old over complicated and polluted charts of account prior to coming to intacct.
I have a good experience with it. However there are some changes needs to be done.

The best thing in Intacct is that, we can access various tabs very easily.
For cash application, i can find the customers with all different types of data in one single window.
For reports generation where i have more options to customise the report in one place. I can even select the standard as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe when i search with some amount that is copied from other source or worksheet, i need to manually remove the commas and others.
It is actually annoying, I believe it should be accepted even with commas as well.
One More thing that needs to be changed is that saving reports with parameters of our choice. where we no need to give various parameters at once everytime. We should have an option save our required parameters.

Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has the ability to make GL reporting easy and seemless. I have been able to create customized P&L reporting on Intacct that makes drilling into forecast variances very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with other tools and reporting has been a bit difficult, however, the functionality of the tool is largely within Intacct. The login process can be a bit tedious if you are having to do it multiple times per day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging the department and channel functionalities within Intacct that we could not use our previous system for. Intacct has been great for our scale and maturity as a company.
Completely exceptional,phenomorific,whizzer and leading accounting and financial management tool.

It's possible to generate detailed and customized financial reports with Sage Intacct. Again, It's simple to track time and cost spend on running projects with Sage Intacct.

Sage Intacct keeps improving it's features and functionalities regularly, hence I have no negative remarks to make.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly. I can customize my entries and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't adjust column width. Also, some error messages are too general to understand. I only can upload CSV files.

I can upload multiple journal entries at once.
Always easy to use and easy to navigate the system.

I like the favorites "Star" area, you can save "My Timesheets" which makes the process easier.

I can't really think of anything I do not like about the system!

Currently, Sage Intacct works pretty well and i have not yet experienced any challenges while using it.

Sage Intacct customer support team is topnotch and readily available.
