What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a multipurpose tool and it is the best accounting tool i have ever used.
The user friendly interface keeps accounting functions easy.
It is the best application for multi-entity environments.
Even for new beginners, it is easy and simple to learn and get started with Sage Intacct.
Provides a wide range of options for reporting.
It makes it easy to track all the product inventory.

I think it would be better if they add features for CRM.

Sage Intacct is a super incredible platform that suits all businesses, from small, medium-sized and large.
Overall, Sage Intacct is user-friendly, intuitive and highly customizable.
I like how it displays all the information you may need thus offering a great experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation of the system. Very user-friendly and easy to teach to new or fellow employees. Modern look to the face of the system as well, doesn't seem outdated or lagging in any way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There arent things that I dislike but I do wish that the screens were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is used as the primary accounting tool and the benefits are central to the needs.

Extremely beneficial to use and the ease of the system makes daily navigation a dream.

What do you like best about the product?
Timekeeping and integration with other systems makes intacct super user friendly. Real-time insights across multiple clients/project is the my favorite part as our timekeeping supports integrations to Workfront.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple currencies that Sage can handle, however not all of them. With working together with several global clients, we have ran into some issues doing business with a couple of locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timekeeping mostly for all employees at CrossCountry consulting, but also removing spreadsheets from use because Intacct validates on a bi-monthly basis our needs at Zendesk
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some other systems are not equipped to take on the accounting details that Intacct controls. Manual and on-premise software is a thing of the past. I wouldn't use anything other than Intacct for financial management.

there is only 2 simple points i need to point that i dont like them much
first the system is great but sometimes it is slow so if there any way it could be better would be appreciated.
there is no marketing for this product well enough which is wasting the value of this system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems am solving is doing the full purchasing cycle starting from the purchase order processing and then billing it then checking the inventory it has a full module and the best thing is that u can attach everything without using your disk space also it generates reports for the ap ledger and you can code it and edit and it will be so simple to read and even you can identify where is the problem.

if you are looking for simple accounting system and easy even with out using a servers of your own or any storage well this is the one that you are looking for.

It's easy to approve invoices and chat with the accounting team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to find the specific charges that compromise the forecasted budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct makes the invoice approvals process so much faster, more efficient, and more secure than when we used paper trails.

It's very useful for approving and allocating invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
Its UI is so great and logical which makes sense for every task we perform on the Sage Intacct platform, it is very interactive and userfriendly which makes my work more effective to represent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation from one destination to another destination is a hectic task as we have to push lots of buttons to get from one function to another. it should provide more shortcut options to reach our required function page. Sometimes I face problems in uploading and displaying excel in Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me to track down all my expenses done by my company as it generates a simple report for complex data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any dislike about Sage Intacct till the date. Everything works fine for my company and helps our company to grow revenue through the excellent workflow in the finance sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps to maintain the quality workflow and performance of our in-house finance department. Help to manage client's information and billing information along with fund and vendor management.

If you need to achieve the best fiance workflow in your company then definitely take a look.
Real-time financial dashboard for any warehouse
What do you like best about the product?
It work's in real-time. That is important for our agro warehouse, where we move tonnes of products every day. Tracking all the product inventory, its life, and demand from customers are reported live in Sage Intacct's customized dashboard. Analyzing the reports we are able to quickly update the supply chain network. Which in turn has reduced wastage of products by 60%. Its integrated invoicing system supports multiple currencies. We feel happy for using Sage Intacct for the last 4 years for all our financial aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should add features for CRM. A mobile application would be a plus. For privacy concerns, we sometimes do not recommend SAAS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct can deliver real-time financial reports in detail about each and every aspect of our warehouse. It has brought all our accounting to one place giving us more time to be productive. Financial auditing has been automated and it has become a vital infrastructure of our business.
Smooth experience, intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simplistic and intuitive. The interface isn't busy or using unclear lingo. The design is clean and simple. I like that they show updates on the home page.

I don't dislike anything. I think they could change the word 'applications' on the menu bar because that is a bit confusing.
