Useful Software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has been beneficial towards my organization's ability to track various accounts and organize them in a sensible way and allow the focus to be placed on other business areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features on Sage Intacct are not the most user-friendly, but as a whole, that is due to a large amount of functionality present on the platform. Customer service is not always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has solved my organization's problems related to internal analysis of accounting matters. This has allowed us more time to focus on other business activity.
My experience with Intacct is positive because it a easy and straight forward system to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that the system is easy to use and has a layout that is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports I am running have few options to add, and they can not run extensive reports efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reconcile Balances as I am a Corporate Account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy System, then Intacct is the right one!
Sage is pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it.

Most items have simplicity when looking them up.

That I have to go to a different area to view invoices with ALL details for the customer.

Viewing AR ledgers helps me and members receive clarity on payment posting dates and amounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use , very less configuration is required and much user friendly

Every thing is smoother,there are no negative impacts yet

Previously we have been using different software to fill time sheet but those are not as good as sage intacct. Those softwares not user friendly compared to sage

Just go for sage intacct,Its very good product compared to all time management softwares

What do you like best about the product?
Using intacct often results in clean bookkeeping and improves the accounts payable and accounts recievable processes with its organization and its easy import process
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about it is that the user can't undo certain things. I understand why you can't delete things, but I think there should be a feature that allows you 24 hours to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct is much better than competitors with regard to recording transactions. It is much clearer that other products like QBO and leads to less problems.
Least User-Friendly Accounting Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborate feature on PO requests. I had a very hard time learning this software and that feature made it easier for my supervisor/approver to ask questions/make edits and I received updates to my email real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost everything else. Aesthetically, the system is very drab... I know it's accounting so it's not supposed to be super fun or sexy, but everything sort of runs together at a certain point. The language used for prompts isn't always clear. Another big issue is that you aren't able to make edits to a PO request once it has been submitted. In the early learning phase of using the software, that creates a lot of problems and takes up a lot of time to re-submit a request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, I use Sage to reconcile monthly ad spend on our social media platforms. I have yet to use it for mileage/expense reimbursement, but that will also be something I do in the future. Finally, I use it to submit PO requests for our annual/quarterly vendor subscription renewals.
It is pretty easy to get around the system but there's nothing that really sticks out
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy to read the information presented to you. The system is dependable and quick to load. There are some quirks to the system but once you have a good understanding of how it works, it is easy to get where you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it is just the way our company has the system set up but it can be confusing finding the right area that I need to be. I also wish I could select multiple clients when printing invoices or statements. We have multiple locations set up for some clients but their customer IDs aren't consecutive so I have to do the search multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use intacct for invoicing, which includes attaching documents to invoices. I really like being able to send those documents along with the invoices as emails directly to clients. It saves time and is very simple.
Accounts Payable Process in my Organization has made it more easy to record the transactions.
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped to do the auto posting from "Snowflake" application which is a very key improvement I would say in the latest era. The application is very user friendly and easy to integrate with multiple downstream systems and implement the tool wherever we can. The application is used on a daily basis to record transactions and the support team quickly respond to any queries raised to use the application to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to bring the latest technology features of AI with all possible changes to use the application very effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passing the Journal entries will make confusion but the recommended system entries will help to resolve them faster and want this to be still more accurate in coming days!
Always something wrong
What do you like best about the product?
I guess I don't have anything to compare sage intacct to, but it seems straight forward and I understand it for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There always seems to be something wrong. It takes forever to load, sometimes I have to refresh or reload a page multiple times before it finally comes up. Every time they release a new version something doesn't work right.

Sage Intacct is allowing us to apply checks correctly to where they are supposed to go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on the size of your business, it may work fine, but once you out grow it, it's not the best option.

I like the fact that it is online an can open up as many tabs as I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing I can find to dislike about this new system.

We are trying to implement sage with yooz for the accounts payable side of accounting. It is a little difficult when trying to change from codes to IDs
