Very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Extracting reports is super easy. Data entry is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as such. However pulling out of P&L reports should be consolidated for a particular period rather than monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy seeing every record of the payments that my organization has posted. Pulling up Sage is the first thing I do when I am contacted by someone questioning an invoice, and I love being able to give them the information they need based on what Sage displays for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when you searched, you could bring up every vendor name including that word. For example, one company that we are billed by is The General Pest Control. If I type in the word "General," no results come up; I have to put the word "The" first in order to see those invoices. I wish I were able to type one word from the name of the vendor and have every result come up that includes that word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously mentioned, it is extremely helpful when I am contacted by an outside organization regarding a bill to bring up Sage and give them all of the information they are looking for. If they are looking for a payment, I enjoy telling them when the payment was made and what check number they should be looking for.
The best solution in cloud financial management!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has become the key solution for our finance teams. Its automated tools create great workflows with enough flexibility to meet our business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic version of Sage Intactt shows some limitations. Also, there are too few customization options. It could improve the integration tools with our business applications and software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has increased our business productivity by automating many basic tasks. Also, this software allows connexion from any mobile device. It gave us more control of all administrative activities of our company, with a unique all-in-one solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A product recognized and implemented globally, with solutions according to the needs of small and large companies. I highly recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which you can drill down into account information - anything blue is a live link to click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to run more than 1 financial report at a time

Convenient and Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has an abundance of training resources that made it incredibly convenient to implement across our multi-entity company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that we would have setup differently if our integration team had explained them more effectively when we were setting it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customizable reporting is fantastic for Sage. We require different levels of detail and complexity for our assorted report viewers. This makes it easy to guarantee uniformity and accuracy each reporting period.
Great Platform for Small to Medium Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I really like about Intacct. We've been using this tool for eight years, and couldn't be happier. We will start using their budget and planning tool later this year, and are very excited to introduce that to our budgeting managers. With regards to what we currently have and use, I would say that the custom reporting features are great- we've created several very useful reports. I also find that the platform is overall very user-friendly, and easy to navigate through. This is helpful when non-finance personnel are required to use Intacct. There are also many internal controls set up within the platform, which provides our auditors with assurance in our accounting software. We will also be looking into Smart Rules/Events, and potentially adding that feature on in the near future.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we previously used the Purchasing function, there were many steps required for users to post transactions. While I understand it introduced additional internal controls, it was not time-efficient at all. Also, searching for transactions was not easy; which became a nuisance during audit testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to look at our data in different ways, with the various reports and capabilities to create new ones as needed. Also, posting data with automatic internal controls has been incredibly helpful. We haven't used our dashboards much, but that will be changing in the near future. This will be a game-changer for our departmental and regional directors. Also, the platform as a whole is just incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're a small to medium-sized business, then Intacct is the right accounting tool for you. Its intuitive and user-friendly features allow for non-financial users to navigate through the platform easily. Additionally, the automatic internal controls and ability to create dashboards for specific needs give auditors assurance and direct access to appropriate data. And as you can expect, all revenue and expense features; including AP and AR, are available and easy to use. Also, we only use the Time & Expense section for employee reimbursements, but this area has the capacity to track employee time for payroll purposes too. We look forward to implementing their Budgeting and Planning tool later this year, but are very excited based on the demos we've done and introduction to the software addition.
Best financial management and accounting system.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct enables us to manage our expenditures with ease. I like the fact that it is browser based through the cloud which makes access quick and easy. I can access it from anywhere and from any of my devices. It provides top security for your data. Sage Intacct supports powerful features like accounts payable, accounts Receivable, time and expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is expensive compared to other similar products in the market. I wish they could reduce the price to make it affordable to small sized businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has helped us to reduce financial errors. It has a nice dashboard which is highly customizable to suit your needs. Availability of customer support team is an added advantage.
Best cloud financial management software.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive and easy to use. It is also user-friendly with tons of templates, making it a breeze to create business plans or financial reports for our small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little confusing to figure out how to apply for credits manually. I don't particularly appreciate how the technical support team takes longer to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company was worried about missing deadlines and poor performance. But with this software, we can easily manage our finances in time. We can keep track of any transaction and know our current financial situation at all times.
Most user friendly ERP system
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve worked in SAP and Oracle prior to working in Intacct. Both systems were clunky and hard to use and not intuitive for the user. Intacct is the exact opposite. It’s easy to use and train new users. Super clean platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload feature can be tricky. If your JE gets kicked out you receive an email but it’s not always clear what is wrong. I also do not like the credit card management system. We upload 5k transactions a month and they are all individual. It’s hard to find the right one if we have to go in and edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Intacct for our entire accounting software. It stores our GL, AP, CC, and cash management data. It’s very easy to use in comparison to other ERP systems I’ve used in the past.
Sage - Finance make easy
What do you like best about the product?
the best thing that I like about this tool is that it's very easy to use and it's a single platform where we can easily track all our historic, current and expected cost and revenue of the projects
What do you dislike about the product?
the worse thing for me would be report extracting becasue if I need a detailed report of multiple projects in a single report then it will be very difficult for me to extract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the poblems that i am solving with this tool and the benifits that i have realized are that if I want I can do forcast, billings etc. with very minimum effort as compared to other tools
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this tool to all the users as I really like the tool and find it very user-friendly. I personally use this tool to track all My project financials and it's truly a single platform where we can also store all our project documents. Automation is the best feature with the help of which u can save a lot of your time and effort. If I need my billing information at any time related to any of my projects I can extract the report and provide it to the stakeholders and the same goes for cost as well. the other best feature is forecasting, the finance team can get an idea that how much we can earn from the particular project. I really like this tool and will recommend it to other users as well.
