The ease of entering / logging client activity

The absence of auto-save (have lost timesheet entries when timed out).

I dislike how quickly it times out and have lost timesheets before due to this

Robust System that meets multiple requirements. A "one stop shop" for back office needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large/long entries can sometimes be a bit cumbersome but nothing really. Its easy and logical to use once you are familiar with it. If I had to nitpick, the UI could be a bit more modern but meh, not important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation of time sheets and expenses tracking from team members that allow for a quick review of all timesheets across multiple projects and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems to be pretty user friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can be difficult to pull at times, the reporting feature is not as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve time and resource tracking for my needs.

The ease of use of the tool, it doesn't crash, and is very intuitive to use.

Nothing comes to mind about using Intacct.

Tracking time, keeping tasks fleshed out, and getting a better sense of where my time is goin.

Best Accounting System for Multi-Entity Companies with Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to switch between multiple entitles on the fly with different tabs and customer support is top-notch. There are also a lot of features/add-ons that you can add to your subscription. They are always constantly updating/improving their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
flexibility of the system and creating reports are difficult. Besides that everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking employee expenses and posting payments, very easy process of entering bills and paying them, month-end closing and other related items to help with the accounting process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a company with multiple-entities, please strongly consider Sage Intacct because it is one of the best accounting systems in the market. There is always excellent customer support so if there are any issues with the system or if you need any help you can always rely on them to respond to you in a swift manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is one and only simple ERP system that you can work with, with out codes or any hard things to do, only simple clicks and you can go and find what ever you want.
also the search section when you are looking for something is so good that is better than ever, also you dont need a documentation system also you can save all your files with just simple clicks which is better than expected actually and it saves alot of time and money.
on the billling application is very good

there is nothing I dislike about this program it is all in one application

is matching the transactions with the bank statement also it provides you with the system bank statement so you can match it with your bank statement which is so good,
also if you want to work in excel this app provides an exporting option which makes the life so easy and the is done in a very good way.

it is so simple and there is no need for advanced users to use it. normal users with basic transactions will be experts in just few amount of time. very simple and all at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a report for EVERYTHING. I am able to give people a lot of information, and it's pretty self explanatory to figure out.
It's instant & that instant info is immediately available to my coworkers.

What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be some UI glitches. Sometimes I scroll & it jumps randomly ahead & I can miss info this way. Sometimes it refreshes and jumps back to the home page every time I open the Intacct tab. These things all depend what computer I'm using - I've now used 3. My current one works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it as a Project Manager tool, so it keeps us organized & gives us a place to easily store hours & costs, and calculate anything we need.
In comparison to previous programs I've worked with, this one is by far the most superior in looks and function.
