What do you like best about the product?
We are beginning implementation and the upgrade to Sage Intacct is already much more user friendly than our previous software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better accounts payable approval flow.

Less time enter manual GL entries.

The best thing is that is cloud based so I can work from any where.

There is nothing I dislike about Sage Intacct.

Being able to work remotely and easing how to find information

All the functionalities are modular and can be easily customized for different users. The modules are layed out for easy and quick access by users.

The integrations with Concur is glitching and hard to maintain.
Also, payment processing, especially for wire payments. We have to implement a different module for wire payments.

It is our ERP system for Financial reporting and maintains our internal control process and procedures.

Sage is very easy to use and streamlines our work. This frees up our time to work on other projects.

No real downsides once you are familiar with software.

Helps balancing and closing of our month end financials. Makes it easy to close.
