Thanks to Sage Intacct, procedures that once took days are now resolved within hours.
What do you like best about the product?
One feature that helped a lot in our company was the allocation of invoices and manual entries. With it we had the ability to allocate items in real time and not just at the end of each month and this had a positive impact on our calculation. quarterly bonus distribution since we have the ability to project amounts even before the end of the quarter ends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error messages that appear on the screen are often vague and confusing and you will not find the answer to your problem in the help session, so you are almost obliged to use support to resolve the error or problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we use sage intacct to generate income statements and also produce the balance sheets of all subsidiaries of the company. Sage intacct has also made our financial industry more agile, greatly reducing the time we produce our monthly / quarterly and annual financial data. These procedures took a few days to complete, now with Sage Intacct in a few hours everything is finished
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe sage intacct is more recommended for companies looking for greater flexibility in configuring their system, companies with more complete finances are even more compatible with intacct in my opinion. For companies with simpler configurations much of sage intacct's features would not be used and thus it would eventually become a waste of money.
Intacct has given our financial industry a more modern and transparent view of our transactions.

Sage Intacct handles multi currencies very well whether in transactions or expenses, Intacct itself converts instantly using current quotes, making intacct a great choice for multi-currency companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the search function in the accounts sector there are many search options and filters, but still missing some important ones such as Localization for example, something that would end up being useful in our company and I believe it would also help in others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has been implemented in our company to be our primary financial platform, it has come to address all our financial and accounting operations, it has also helped to cater for our lack of more complete and advanced reporting, it has also helped us by automating our amortization processes and accounts payable depreciation, in general, intacct gave our financial sector a more modern and complete view that was very important in budgets and decision making.

I believe sage intacc is very well suited for companies looking to have a more advanced view of their finances and accounting, intacct will certainly do well for the financial health of the organization, if your company works with multi currencies sage intacct becomes an even better option, since it works very well with multi currencies.

This application has made it possible to ahve control over our budget and overlook on business performance and be able to predict future outcomes.it is easy to work with and producing reliable reports is excellent.

There is absolutely no problems I have experienced while using this amazing tool so for now I have no dislikes.

This application has enabled us keep an eye on our overall finances,manage them and account for every coin coming in or leaving.The best part is accessing this application anywhere at anytime. It enables us produce invoice easily and keep a clean record.

Intuitive user-friendly interface is certainly a highlight of sage intacct, the default dashboard is very familiar to those who have experience with other accounting software, plus the dashboard is customizable, giving you the option to create shortcut to features and features that you use most often, making your access to them faster, intacct even lets you eliminate features you don't normally use from the dashboard so you can leave the dashboard exactly to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer refund is an intacct flaw, it is somewhat disorganized and does not link the refund to the original transactions where it came from which is the most correct.

What do you like best about the product?
"Permissions and Controls" - This is something of intacct that deserves prominence, it gives the administrator full control over permissions, ie it can configure what each user / group can access on the system thus preventing confidential data from a sector being accessed by people who should not have access to this kind of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Performace" - Not a deterrent to using intacct, but at times when faced with tasks that require more consumption and loading, intacct ends up with some delay and performance instability.

Sage Intacct has arrived at our company to be our primary accounting software. It very well meets the needs of our finance and accounting industries by enabling the generation of detailed reports that ultimately serve as the basis for the company's financial decision making. intacct also gives our managers access to important information about actual company budgets and expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of sage intacct to upload supporting documentation such as bank statements, invoices, etc. is extremely useful because if you need to have access to any of these documentation you will not need to search anywhere else, server, anything like that already everything will be saved and available on sage intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding vendors is easy but separation of controls is a bit complex in this area, it would be interesting if Intacct allowed us to limit our users' ability to add / edit vendors and approve payments for them. With vendors making approvals the procedure would be even more so. simple at least for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has arrived at our company to act as our financial registration system. It is the repository of all our accounting data. At our company sage intacct has been integrated with SalesForce and has been merged with customer data. sales process which ultimately resulted in a much more complete and reliable analysis for the company. All of our accounting reports are generated through intacct actualemnet, and their integration with credit card services has simplified our accounting and financial processes.

Sage Intacct is certainly suitable for companies looking for a quality accounting system at a fair price. Your internationalization is very good, if your company works with different types of foreign currencies sage intacct becomes an even better choice.

Intacct has a very interesting feature called "entity set up" for companies that have branches which is just the case here where you can set up each of these branches as a different entity and so have individual reports of each of them. the performance of any of them without having to perform a different login for each of these branches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accounts payable feature has a slight flaw in my opinion. It is the lack of the Allocation field in the manual payment part and this delays the whole process generating a nuisance that should not exist.

We use Sage Intacct in the accounting and finance department.

Sage intacct dramatically expands your company's financial vision, the automation it enables is extremely useful, streamlining all payment procedures, its feature for affiliate companies is great and it gives you access to comparative reports showing where each one goes well and where they fail, despite the somewhat high price sage intacct is a great option.

What do you like best about the product?
Great system if you are looking for something new. Dimension tagging in the system gives you visibility in areas you wouldn't have thought possible. You can use this system without having to use a separate reporting tool if necessary. So glad we made the switch!
System is user friendly, dashboard capabilities are excellent, help feature in the system is excellent and makes it easy to troubleshoot and fix errors without having to reach out to a 3rd party.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ironically, the reporting is very complex and difficult to manage in the initial stages. Once you have a longer term understanding it is very manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct solved our issue of reporting by supplying us with timely, accurate reporting. Due to Intacct's ability to run many different reports for all different departments, we are able to give every department in our company an accurate view of the specific financial dealings within their departments. No longer did we have to keep multiple spreadsheets in which caused confusion and human error.

Larger Corporations will benefit from this product. It is tailored to store and process very large amounts of financial info.
