Intacct Advantage 2018
What do you dislike about the product?
Report groupings are a little cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple outside systems into one accounting system. The flexibility to look for the best solution for our business

There are many classes to learn tips and tricks. I also like to meet with peers.

There could be more classes over all the days.

We are new customers and are looking into expanding our knowledge.

I really like the way I can utilize the system and it moves up the chain for approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about it is the storage space is limited based on who the re-seller is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the way the system works, we are able to get checks signed in a faster manner and out the door quicker fast for our vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to drill down on different transactions. The audit trail is extremely helpful . Custom report writer I use daily
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that intercompany transactions are not handled behind the scenes and you have to enter the GL for the intercompanies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are getting better financial reporting with Sage. Also we now have the ability to scan and attach documents to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries etc.
Solid software, a bit cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct does what it claims to do well. It's responsive, and relatively intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi-entity setups are a bit cumbersome, and the report running features are move confusing that they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better handle on our financial performance; easier to share information with other stakeholders.
Solid cloud-based financial accounting system
What do you like best about the product?
Has a pretty intuitive interface. Highly customizable and can adapt to your needs. Strong for companies that are service based or professional service firms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Light or no operational capabilities such as manufacturing, WMS, shipping integration, lot tracking, bin tracking, and EDI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can be a solid platform for your organization in the financial/admin departments.
Fantastic experience with Sage Intacct and their partner AcctTwo Shared Services!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Together AcctTwo's Managed Accounting Services and the Sage Intacct KPI SaaS Dashboard ensure our books are accurate and really cut down on the time it takes for recurring processes such as invoicing and reconciliation.

Nothing to complain about from purchase to implementation to support.

Leverage their top VAR, AcctTwo Shared Services, for Managed accounting services and SaaS KPI Dashboards, Custom modules, implementation, support, and professional services.
sage is ok for small companies not a solution for mfg

What do you like best about the product?
We are one of their largest users and they have created controls and systems just so the software runs smoothly for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times when working through tough problems, the salespeople and our customer service don't remember our needs or our processes which wastes times in meetings going over it time and time again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we're focused on is the shift from ASC 605 to 606 and Intacct has built an entirely new system just for these issues that most companies are facing.
