Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I had been scrambling to try to find an accounting software that was both functional for myself but also easy to understand for the rest of the office. For the price, I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by its user interface and features. It was JUST the right amount of product for our small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope in future versions of this product we can pack in a few more features that makes it easier to send financial reports. I usually just take a screenshot then email it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity of set up and assistance from vendor was above and beyond what our team excepted - well worth having them onsite for final training and overall reporting and advanced feature overview
Good, but not 2018 worthy
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to learn, educate and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a lot of features that aren't u to the 2018 era.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster access to customer accounts.

The reporting is quick and easy to view.

It is not very user friendly and the mapping can be a pain to initially set up.

It is great for compiling our sales data.
Great Growing Accounting Prodcuct
What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly improving their modules and capabilities. Working a SaaS company, revenue has been a hot topic with 606, and Intacct is becoming very robust in being able to handle the new standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we have a "middle man" for support. Your support is only as good as your support company. Choose well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a growing company with a focus on scale. Many of the modules we have implemented have helped remove hours per week of work, and have added just review of accurate data due to imports/ communication with other systems.
Fixed assets made simple!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to do fixed assets now. Everything is neatly organized and it is super easy to run and organize data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We only use this for processing our fixed assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has allowed us to do our work in minutes of what use to take hours in Excel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will save so much time and hassle. Once this is used things will be much more organized.

What I like best about Sage Intacct is that it is intuitive. It's easy to figure out what I am trying to do.

Sage Intacct has an unattractive user interface.

No business-specific problems or benefits.
Very Detailed
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the system is very sophisticated and has endless possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the same time, it can very difficult to do the simplest things because it is so detailed.

We were able to continue growth with Intacct. It works well with our in-house brokerage software.

I do wish that once something is emailed out from the system, and it fails, that I could receive a notification letting me know.
