What do you like best about the product?
The construction document tracking in coordination with accounting module

compatibility with other programs outside of Sage system

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is an awesome Account program and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for help in organizing there company finances.

I have not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization
Solid and Flexible financial system for all businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has good controls which allow you to set up your accounting system to meet the needs of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price- Per user fee is higher than I would prefer which limits who I can give access to. Might not be a good price for SMB's
ease of customizing- I have not found an easy way to customize it without a developer which limits my ability to make changes in the way I would like.

Intacct acts as our accounting software in conjunction with our third party ERP/CRM

Easy to learn and set up for non-profit

Tech Support always directs to knowledgebase and some of us try that before we ask for help

The purchasing software makes ordering allot easier.

The reporting on this software is limited and could use some work.

Inventory issues mainly with shortages and maximizing distribution.

We use this product for distribution purposes and after learning how to use it does a good job.

Ease of use for AP/AR, check printing, and payroll

Too much printing for AP/AR records. 1 sheet is needed

easy to reverse checks and void issues. Very easy payroll system

I love the ability to drill down into reports to get better insight on the data.

Sometimes the UI could be cleaner, more streamline, but I know they are currently updating this so this will be worked out.

Better visibility into our revenue and expenses.
Great GL system
What do you like best about the product?
The Intacct/Sage system is user friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom reporting could be easier in this system. We find the platform services reporting tool to be cumbersome and not the most intuitive. It would also be nice to be able to copy and paste data into system journal entries rather than having to import a csv file to the entry. Lastly, the ability to import an excel file and not just csv would be helpful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We upgraded from a 20+ year old legacy GL system to Intacct a little over a year ago. We were looking to gain efficiency in processing for AP and AR and increased report functionality. This system has met most of our needs and wants and has increased visibility into our financial metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have excellent consultants with experience in implementing this particular system to ensure you have the smoothest transition possible.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use for specific tasks. Depending on how you set it up it is easy to follow and easy to acces
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very set up specific and it is hard to find things. The reporting is not easy to use and it is difficult to maneuver at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for the basic things. Go, accounts payable and accounts receivable. It is used friendly for basic tasks
Accounting associate
What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to use and intuitive. Plus easy to navigate. Also, easy to integrate with ADP and bill.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to customize reports. Also can be confusing knowing the difference between top level and entity level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and intuitive accounting software for a complex client. Biggest issue is creating and customizing reports. Also, can be confusing to use for “top level” and “entity level.”
