Mostly effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is generally easy to use. Training newbies on it is relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we often have problems with the platform communicating with our other systems. I wish there were more capabilities to change and edit invoices in the accounts receivable section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say that we're solving any business problems with this platform. I would say that we're maintaining our business systems with it. I'm not sure that I have found any benefits to using this over other platforms.

Make sure that this platform works well with your other systems.
Easy of Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is user friendly. I started working in the system only 3 months ago but feel it is one of the easier ERP systems I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smart rules and smart events are extremely hard to work with. They are not intuitive and not easy to format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer having to reconcile bank account outside of Intacct.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
switching from NetSuite to Intacct, just started the implementation
Powerful, intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is easy to implement and to get your team up to speed. The UI is intuitive. What I like best is the ability to integrate with multiple other software platforms to really customize your financial ERP ecosystem. We are so much more efficient since implementing Intacct and can't wait to see how much more efficient we become.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current report writer is just alright and needs improvement. However, I believe a new report writer is schedule to be released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more paper! We are now paperless, nothing is lost, and everything is held in the system. We can also slice and dice are data in so many different ways allowing the finance team to give our company valuable insight and analysis that we never had prior to Intacct. We have an integration with SFDC so we have eliminated duplicate entry. We also are now able to take on restricted funding because our accounting software can handle the reporting requirements of these donations.

Great software for mid-size company
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sage Intacct has upgraded our financial accounting, which has turned processes that used to take days into processes that now take only a few hours. Help on this page is by far the best feature available!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AR side of Sage Intacct regarding invoicing individuals as an employee user is not as smooth as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has allowed us to streamline our approvals via online as opposed to the manual/paper route. We cut down on hours of work each week .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time during implementation to make sure you are setting things up correctly because if not it is very difficult to undo implementation items.

Would like decrease in pricing and want to keep seeing great innovation.

Use Nexonia’s integration with Intacct for speedy expense reimbursement. Can attach all receipts and invoices.

Intacct Efficiency is Key
What do you like best about the product?
I love to train our new employees. It's incredibly user friendly, and training becomes very easy. The transition for a new staff member can be quite seamless. Love this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are not enough hours in the day for me to learn more about Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are simplifying processes and saving time. Great time savings can be realized once your staff is trained and comfortable with system. Looking forward to learning more and more ways to save time on data entry.

Don't pass up the opportunity to use this program. It's great. You will not be disappointed.
