‘Customization could use some work but good overall’
What do you like best about the product?
Great for contract management and billing; we are implementing time tracking which looks phenomenal
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved. For example, I am unable to customize a standard report, and the Financial reporting module is only applicable to posted entries (and not future entries)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Management, billing, A/R, Deferred revenue; soon to use time tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Intaccts integration with our outside web based programs is seamless. The ability to condense our general ledger from over 3,000 accounts to under 200 has been a huge bonus. The comprehensive reporting features have allowed us to analyze our financials in a variety of ways. I am also thrilled with the budgeting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a web based product one issue I have found is mouse navigation issues, when I am attempting to click on a feature towards the top of the page and the menus at the top start dropping down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a smaller accounting department, Intacct has allowed us to streamline and automate so many of our day to day tasks. From scheduling budget reports to imported expense transactions, this program has saved us time and money.
