Lots of features with a steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has a great deal of features with an incredible amount of modular customization.
I do like the Sage community as it gives several avenues to solve a problem yourself before submitting a ticket.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as user friendly as it could be and there is some reports that should really be pre-loaded instead of making you build them. Specifically there is no P&L report preloaded that allows you to run custom date ranges, instead you only can pick from a dropdown of preset periods.
Software implementations always have issues but I feel it could have been better. It took months after implementation "ended" before I had functioning reports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The updates to evergreen contracts will be helpful for our SAAS products.

Effective and Qualitative Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct's unique features help, the users to solve accounting queries. It also helps the users to store the client's accounting information which could be used for future references. Sage Intacct allows us to integrate data from other applications and tools. As I use Sage Intacct on a daily base, it is very easy to use without any complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Sage Intacct, while importing bulk data through Excel it shows a few errors which are not required to be corrected. While importing accounting data from Excel Intacct software always requires CSV. format which cannot be used frequently for calculation purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a daily user of Sage Intacct, it helps me to solve Client's accounting queries such as invoice creation, posting revenue entries, project creation, etc. and also helps in storing the client's accounting information. Sage Intacct helps us to customize and generate various reports such as deferred revenue reports, AR reports, unbilled reports, etc. in an appropriate form. Its features help me to save time and provide accurate results to my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct helps users to solve accounting queries and store large amounts of accounting information. Sage Intacct has the option to customize and pull the accounting reports for various analytical purposes. It is easy to integrate Excel, ConnectWise, etc. which helps in a smooth workflow. Sage Intacct's user-friendly interface helps to complete work on time. Due to the above reasons, we can use Sage Intacct on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few synchronizing errors while integrating with ConnectWise. While uploading bulk accounting data to Intacct from another tool such as Excel we face some error pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helped us extract multiple reports with customization options for presenting information to clients in a timely and effective manner. By using its email feature, we can send emails without using any other tools, making our daily work easier. Its feature helps us to save time in solving our client's accounting queries.
Sage is a great Accounting Platform, we can access the software with ease.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to create accurate Reports. This is a great tool to assess business performances through its Reporting. This is an intelligent software and turn data to process and strategies. Its Reports, Books, Cash Analysis, Registers, Time and Expenses, Reconciliations, Sales Analysis, Customer Aging, Deferred revenue analysis, Item Profitability, General Ledgers and Trial Balances makes work easier and simpler. Its intricate database captures every single data including Department, Items, Class, Scenarios and Approvers. Verify the correctness of new and updated vendor records through an official approval process has provided an option of maintaining legitimacy and accuracy. When It comes to maintaining the Masters, like Customer, Vendor List, Employee List every single option is provided to capture; be it the Address or Email and Contact information. And this helps in being precise and clear. Huge data could uploaded easily and further is made accessible in the simplest way in the form of excel & csv reports. The Automate Accounts Payable processes saves time and helps syncing the data with payment platforms. Accounts Receivable helps get paid faster. Sage Accounting allows us to effortlessly create and manage invoices. It allows us to keep a keen watch on payments and receivables, helping us maintain a steady cash flow. Furthermore, automated bank reconciliation ensures our records are always accurate. By digitizing business processes and relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, banks and governments, their digital network connects SMBs, removes friction and deliver insights.

There are no downsides so far. Its of great use.

Sage Accounting allows us to effortlessly create and manage invoices. It allows us to keep a keen watch on payments and receivables, helping us maintain a steady cash flow. Furthermore, automated bank reconciliation ensures our records are always accurate. It saves time through Automated processes and also provides deep insights into business performance.

The change of turning everything green is too much, can the color be customizable or have a darkmode please?

There is nothing to dislike about Intacct it is user friendly and anybody can use Intaact even without any experience

For monthly closing, the books Intaact will be very useful and users can use Intacct
An easy to use financial system
What do you like best about the product?
You can search for your data/ transactions in many different ways within Sage Intacct. There are drill-down capabilities from reports, which allows you to go straight to the transactions that make up the numbers. This saves so much time when reconciling data.

Report writing is complex and takes time.
SIG modules like Fixed Assets needs the same apperance and feel as the rest of Intacct.
There is a limit on how many matching/ create rules you can have in a matching set.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For multi-entities, it is great to have a 'Top Level' where you can set suppliers/ customers used by multiple entites - then to report on them at top level too. This is so much easier than having to create a seperate customer/ supplier in all the companies.
Great for tracking multiple dimensions for non-profit grant billing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple dimensions that allow us to keep track of multiple grants for our non-profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
One needs to adjust to an enviroment that is a little more complex than the super user friendly smaller accounting programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can generate reports that allow for more expenses to be billed to a grant. And all of our audit driven documentation is uploaded to each expense.

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct application is easy to use and user-friendly. It is easy to set up and implement. Intacct application upgrades on a timely basis and provides very good customer support. It is best suitable application for business with multiple entities and helps with accounting and consolidation. It can easily integrate with other application like bill.com

Changes cannot be made once the payment is done need to create credit notes to rectify
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The revenue Recognition task is made easy with this tool. Vendor , and customer maintenance is made easy and recording financial transactions takes just a few hours with fewer errors.multi-entity management and global consolidations have been simpler with Intacct
