It is a great experience to use the sage intacct.
What do you like best about the product?
I Will use Sage intacct on a daily basis. Customer support is aso good regarding my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the Journal entry were posted without matched debit and credit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we can upload all the invoices at once and software itself take all the information from invoice then it would be great for accountants.

The overview of the application can be more good and there can be more sections for reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives the client visibility and the power to approve or decline the PO so that approval will be as needed . Almost Sage intacct provide reports. It gives you what you want and meets the needs of the users perfectly. This is very useful for libraries as well as reconciliations. I use Sage Intacct for Accounting and bookkeeping purposes, in my company we manage Accounts Receivables for our clients and Sage intacct is very useful to do that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage of using the Sage Intacct is the option of multiple detailed reports like Unbilled revenue report, Deferred revenue report, Unbilled and Deferred revenue contract wise reports, which make the reporting work much easier and convenient

The reporting formats and easy to customize reports. we can pull any report we want and customize according to client needs. and Sage intacct gives authority to user to draft delete and customize the bills as well as PO's. Any time we can change PO approval flow and all the apps sync to intacct so we dont have to not work manually
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing i dislike about sage intacct, Literally its so easy to use and there is functional error. one thing i want to throw light ie. whenever we are not active for long time so its logged out automatically and whenever we login again we have to select company then entity.

This gives the client transparency and the ability to approve or reject the PO so that approval will be as needed. Almost Sage intacct delivers reports. It gives you what you want and meets the needs of the customer perfectly. This is very useful for libraries as well as reconciliations.

The dashboard looks incredible, love the versatility of it.

No downsides that I know of, as we are not using it yet.

Reporting , Account handling Easy , Accounting entries , easy to use and implemnt
Decent ERP with an outdated interface
What do you like best about the product?
Intercompany/multi-entity transactions, lots of dimension reporting options, can upload journal entries from Excel files.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no learning/tutorials out there, so if you're a new user, you're at the mercy of your colleagues. There's no paid training either, only a "community" board to post questions in--no customer support. Not the most user-friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from QuickBooks to Intacct due to multi-entity and intercompany transactions, as well as consolidated financials. This was literally the only benefit of the software that I've found.
