Great upgrade from our previous system
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to implement and it has prioved easy to use. The "drillability" of line items donw to details is very good/
What do you dislike about the product?
TNavigating the reports is a little clumsy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility in account set up allows for a simplified reporting.
Has shortened month-end and provides much more insightful reports
What do you like best about the product?
Pulling an insightful report is really quick because of all the dimensions you apply to your data as it enters the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to view a list of open items for either a customer or supplier, which seems like a fairly standard report in other software - although there are workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better data organisation, highly customisable reporting and very easy to search for and locate items.
Massive upgrade from Sage 50 and so more indepth
What do you like best about the product?
The fact you can dig in to every part of the transactions, on review of a channel analysis for example, you can dig into all the postings making up the relevent costs and even go down to the invoices posted and get a copy of them all digitally. Moving from Sage 50 to Intacct has been a massive improvement for us and speeds things up massively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The isn't a step back button, if you look at something and then want to go back to the general review process you have to go back to the begining and start again, to be able to tab back would be a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information in one program, being able to pull invoices straight from the system is a game changer for us.
Next Level for Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
I've liked how the memory function allows me to create simlar Journal & Invoices, its made my job a whole lot easier

Somethings can be over complex and could be simplfied

Splitting Revenue & Cost between prouct channels.
Brilliant solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Usability of Sage intacct is very good and it's easy to navagate. Running a consolidation is also very slick and makes life very each to produce a consol and make last minute adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would say at times it can be more catered for the US vs the UK and credit notes can be awkward but on the whole it's a very good solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us track spend acurately by producing user friendly accurate reports. Also significantly improves our month end close timetable vs our previous solution. Lastly, reduces our reliance on excel and improves accuracy.
Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is very user Firendly and easy to follow functionality. Purhcasing function feel a bit diasjointed at times. Could do with better automation of payment run proposals. Overall very good system

Ca be bit slow in turning pages. Sometimes feels too basic and support needs to improve on speed .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IF system was a bit faster I can get work done quickly and be more efficient hence save money
Sage Intacct is the best for multiple businesses the ease of cloud is really helpful

The automation feature posting revenue automatically every month is a ease we just setup and sales is posted automatically.

Bank re-authorization after few months for automated banks

We have multiple business with different locations we can see them in one click
A game changer for Accounting Packages
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of navigating through the menu, the many options to ensure that straight of the box - it caters for our business requirements and needs. We implemented the purchase order side and it was seamless - testing in the sandbox was a great help and the support from the team was great! This is a system that our team use daily so it was important and we had something that was the right 'fit'.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some parts of our procurement process that didnt integrate with the system, but it wasnt anything that meant we couldnt still continue as a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never used to have a purchase order policy, we have now been able to implement this. The ease of knowing that someone can raise a PR/PO and have this approved and goods recieved so that the invoice could be processed has been a great help not only for the Finance team, but the extended departments in the business.

- cannot open a vendor and view all bills/invoices under that vendor.
- cannot go "back" a screen, have to click into the menu again to navigate.
- cannot view all bills on one screen, it only shows 20 per page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sage Intacct to raise and approve purchase transactions, manage inventory transactions and to allocate payments and receipts. It is also used to provide key financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Trial Balance etc which allows us to reconcile our accounts.
Additionally, we make use of the Fixed Asset Tool within Intacct to post depreciation and maintain the fixed asset register.
Finally, we have built some ad-hoc custom reporting for business analysis purposes, such as committed spend, profitability analysis, etc.
