Easy to understand and look at
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to understand and learn. The appearance is clean, and I appreciate the attention to detail provided. I am able to access information more quickly and efficiently. I like that it is internet-based, allowing me to open a new tab and attend to other tasks without interrupting my current work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not at this time. Everything so far I am enjoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker to acess information. Because Intacct is so detailed, I am able to access information without opening a bunch of reports, etc.
Best Accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a one of the best accounting software that’s both reliable and easy to use. It’s best for businesses looking to streamline their financial processes. One of the best things about it is how user-friendly the interface is—within some time you will get use to it. Easy to use and easy to remember
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Reporting section, we face several issues. For example, we cannot easily compare YTD to LYTD. Sometimes, it's also difficult to contact customer support as there’s no proper chat service where we can report problems and get solutions quickly. Additionally, if the number of transactions is high, the software often crashes while exporting them. In the reports section, different reports sometimes show different balances, which creates confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we faced issues with the Inventory module in our previous software as it couldn't handle inventory management effectively. However, with Sage Intacct, managing inventory has become much easier. It also simplifies interunit reconciliation—there's no need to post multiple entries in different entities. You can handle multiple effects with just a single transaction.

The AP and AR modules have a slightly longer process compared to other systems, as each entry must be entered individually.

Best Accounting ERP on the market today
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud-based interface is extremely easy to navigate and user-friendly; most users can learn their way around the various modules in only a few months. Switching between companies/entities is as easy as a click of a mouse to open a new tab. Consolidated reporting is also streamlined and provides unparalleled visibility with live reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can come some initial confusion amongst users between entering data/transactions at the top level vs. the entity level, and some of the advanced add-on modules can take some time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving efficiencies, particuarly when it comes to automation for AP bill entering, collections through AR Aging and time/accuracy of consolidated financial reporting.
New features are added daily according to our demands and that's amazing

i can do all my work in the same place without having to change form one screen to another

getting billing history takes longer and more steps

How easy some of the daily processes have become, from creating buttons to simplify an entry to streamlining some of our tasks into one subsection.

How much there is to learn about the system.

They have made some of the most tedius projects become easily manageable. From simplifying our daily tasks to assisting with creating new ways to help us day to day they are benefiting the whole team in a major way!

What do you like best about the product?
I likw how easy Sage is to use. The classic view is much better than Beta view

Woul dlike to see graphics to make it more fun

It holds all things that we need from bank rec, AP to AR plus username.

Very user friendly, and if you need help with something there are many tools to help you find what you are looking for. Lots of functions

It is a lot of infomation at the start, and the help section can be overwhelming if your arent sure what exactly you are looking for.

- Prepaid Module is overly comoplicated and causes lots of issues
- Fixed asset module is also too complicated
- Bank recs are ok but doesnt allow multiple transactions to be matched with multiple transactions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a financial analyst, the reporting capabilities are helpful to me. I am able to download useful reports that make my variance analysis easier. Also, the ability to easily drill down to the GL level and view attachments makes my life easier. Furthermore, the different JE types allow our team to track journal entries in ane fficient way (i.e. PYRJ for payroll)
