New user but loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting functionality within Intacct is unmatched. Coming from a legacy system that required a lot of coding knowledge to write reports, it's great to be able to get the system to output the data I need how I need it without a lot of tweaking on my end. The implementation process has been smooth to date and introducing our managers and end users to the features has been met with a lot of enthusiasm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any disadvantages with the software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system didn't have the capability of producing profitability reports for projects in real time - Intacct solves that and gives our project managers a great snapshot on how their progress is coming along.
A software to ease Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very helpful for recording accounting transactions and details of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is a bit slow and lags sometimes.

Sage Intacct helps in recording the vendor details which helps in business.
Sage Intacct is a well rounded solution
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the integration tools for Sage Intacct. I feel like I outsourced myself!
Before using Intacct we had to manually create and import a file for our credit card transactions, we had to manually enter our employee expense reimbursement and had to issue checks for our invoices. With the help of my integration team, transitioning to Intacct was a breeze. We integrated our credit card transactions and our employee expenses to automagically sync. We then added on bill pay and it is so easy (literally, it does it without me), now I'm saving around 4 hours a week
I also love dashboards. I built simple to use dashboards for everyone in our organization that has budget responsibility. They can visit them as frequently as they want/need without my help.
I will say that I can only imagine that customer support (the actual people) is amazing because I have never had the need to use them. The suport options in the training tools and knowledgebase is so well done that I have solved my own issues. If something did come up I know that the support team will be there ready to assist.

I have been using Sage Intacct for a year and have yet to find anything that I dislike.

Sage Intacct serves our our financial tool and accounting data respository. It is the backbone of all things financial.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly and overall easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are syncing issues with our expense reimbursement platform that can cause issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes AP processing very easy.
So much better than QuickBooks!
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has a lot of functionality QuickBooks did not have. The biggest plus is the ability to track projects (grants, contracts, campaigns, etc). We have a lot of programs. locations, and funding sources, so project tracking has been a game changer. I like that Intacct was designed by accountants for accountants; it's very easy to use and intuitive.

There is so much to learn in Intacct. We are nowhere close to using it to its potential.

Intacct has enabled us to do away with many paper processes and made reporting much easier.

Its convuluted product with many layers to reporting.

Sage Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has some great reporting tools and is very versatile as far as usability. It does integrate with a lot of different vendor modules and offers detailed and niche tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get very technical, which makes it complicated to resolve errors and do miniscule tasks. Limited capabliities as far as internal modules, so extra subscriptions/etc. are necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Sage Intacct is solving is limited reporting. We switched from Quickbooks, which has very limited data collection and reporting capabilities, to Sage Intacct, which allows us to analyze much more data at smaller scale.
My experience using Sage Intacct in Consero
What do you like best about the product?
Sage intacct helps me to know more information on vendors. It helps me to know the different bills processed in that particular client entity. It helps me to download reports. It has a Purchasing module that helps me in processing Purchase order bills. It has a multi-currency module which helps us to know if that client is enabled with multi-currency. It is very user-friendly and I use it almost all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very costly compared to other ERP software. It is also sometimes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before whenever we do any activity in Sage Intacct, it takes time to sync it to Bill.com but nowadays it syncs faster than before. Book keeping has became more easier after using Sage Intacct. It provides readily available reports and it helps clients to know about their accounting position.
Use of Sage Intacct in Consero
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct provides the accurate information on vendors. It helps in download the reports like Vendor aging, AP Ledger and GL Reports. We mark offline payments using sage intacct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct results in Sync Errors while trying to sync from Bill.com. sometimes it lags. its costlier than other software to buy.

Before using Sage intacct client were facing problems in Sage Intacct , however after using it Clients are Satisfied with our services. Book keeping has become more easier after using Sage Intacct.It has become more easier to sync to other applications after using Sage Intacct.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sage Intacct daily and it is a user friendly interface that has clean and intuitive design with minimal learning curve. It provides real-time insights with customizable financial reports. Sage Intacct also intergrates seemlessly with CRM, HR, and ERP systems.

Initial set up and migration will require professional assistance or traning
