Intacct is User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is user friednly and the standard reports are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report customization at consolidation level can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its providing detail report and having in built system to send the collection remider to customer.

What do you like best about the product?
It's friendly accounting tool to use. It gives complete accounting details with summarised report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. All features are easy to use

Sage Intacct Review
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the user-friendly interface allowing me to conveniently access all the different modules and training videos Intacct provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rectifying the error is proving to be quite challenging due to the limitations of the software, which make it arduous to backtrack and alter the numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get the reports easily through getting access to various modules.
Sage for AP
What do you like best about the product?
Easy processing and no lag. I like how clients can see and approve invoices as well. I like how you do not need a VPN to access Sage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time for Sage to learn invoices but I know that will get better in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve less time asking for approvals and saving me time by not dropping and reconnecting like other softwares.
Sage Intacct has helped streamline processes and improve the accounting function
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct allowed us to consolidate our accounting under one platform. Originally we were on seperate instnaces of quickbooks and this really improved our accounting. The utilization of intercompanies reduced the amount of time spent recodring transactions between entitites and ensured accurate balances. The reporting in Sage Intacct has been very robust. Not only is the reporting strong but it is also very user friendly to update and create new reports as needed. The ability to intergrate with outside platforms is also a huge plus for the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few nuances of things that can be challening. The credit card workflow while robust can feel burdensome and overly complicated. it is also challening that credit card transactions cannot be reclassed once paid which leads to the need for additional journal entires. Some items also cannot be changed once setup and this has lead to the need to recreate new bank accounts or credit cards because an incorrect location was selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows us to have all of our accoutning and reporting under one system. It has helped us to streamline the accounitng process through better intergrations and more robust reporting. It is also relatively easy to use.
Worst Implementation Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The contracts module is helpful for SaaS companies. It is not very customizable though so you have to have your contracts setup the way Sage Intacct is set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GL & Accounting portion of the ERP is dated and the implementation of the ERP was awful. We encountered several system bugs that took them weeks to find out. We ended up going live a month late due their issues and they were unapologetic for the issues this caused us. I have never had such an awful experience. The sales process was difficult and we ended up being promised things would work with our structure that wouldn't and we had to develop our own workarounds in salesforce for the Advanced CRM to work properly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the organization that is provided by Intacct. There are multiple tools in one that make it easy to integrate and implement the data from our business to have in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a few changes that are made that would be a lot more helpful if there was traing material. It is easy to use if you are trained correctly. I wish there was more frequent trainings so we can use every tool they have to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has made it easy to upload and record payments we recieve. This benefits me because it makes it more time efficient and accurate. It stores the data in a way that makes it easily acessable and easy to modify if needed.
Very intuitive and user friendly!!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to create adjustments, enter payments, create other receipts all of the functions on the same page. This has been an incredible time saver and makes work flow smooth and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could select multiple invoices for a customer by checking them off instead of having to filter them through a list feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current update of the type of files for bank transactions was great, and allowed me to link a smaller bank to the system.
New User - Functional GL Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Sage University. Very helpful for a QuickBooks user of decades!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. Everything seems to have a purpose. I do wish the reporting was a little more useful and you could pull more than one project code in a GL report at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us the tools to have reliable financials.
