A seamless integration to our company for our financial needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use and their file system is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times on some older files may take longer than new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is allowing us to track all of our company's invoices and allowing us to process them in a timely manner.
Dimensionality Unlocks Data Insights
What do you like best about the product?
By far and away the best feature of Sage Intacct is the capability to dive into the data. The use of dimensions that can be applied as needed across all GL account numbers allows reporting functionality unlike anything else I've seen in a standard accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current in-product budgeting solution is extremely cumbersome. The partner solution of Sage Intacct Planning is a fantastic tool, but that requires an additional subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our previous system, our chart of accounts was incredibly static. The flexibility of Sage Intacct's dimensions allows much greater detail in both budgeting and reporting. The ease of use is so great that our department heads are all able to track their respective expenses directly in the software, eliminating the wait time for monthly expense reports. The time savings alone in reporting have made this an excellent choice for our organization.

Sage Intacct has been a game-changer for our organization, and what I appreciate most about this cloud-based financial management software is its powerful and intuitive functionality that streamlines complex financial processes. One of the standout features is its advanced financial reporting capabilities. The ability to create customized, real-time financial reports is incredibly valuable. Sage Intacct’s built-in dashboards and reporting tools provide insightful analytics that help us make informed decisions quickly. The platform’s flexibility in generating tailored reports means we can address specific business needs without relying on extensive manual data manipulation. The automation features within Sage Intacct are incredibly beneficial. Automated workflows for routine tasks like invoice processing, expense management, and reconciliation reduce manual effort and minimize errors. This not only speeds up our financial operations but also allows our team to focus on strategic initiatives. The customer service is also welcomed and robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Sage Intacct can be relatively high, especially for smaller organizations or those with tight budgets. Pricing is based on the number of users and features, which can add up.

Sage Intacct provides robust financial management features that streamline our complex financial needs, including tracking multiple funding sources, managing restricted funds, and reporting on various grants and donations. This ensures accurate and transparent financial reporting, which is crucial for compliance with donor requirements and regulatory standards. It helps nonprofits maintain financial integrity and build trust with stakeholders.

Sage Intacct is very user friendly and easy to use, the help and support on each page is really useful aswell.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reports could be better, the custom report set up can be quite complicated

I can set up a dashboard for non-finance staff members to use so thye can easily see where we are against budget at any given moment

The only downside is mobile support, It could be a lot better.

Best Sage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is brilliant - easy to navigate. It is a configurable system thus, very time efficient and easily adapts to growing business needs due to ease of integration with other systems. There is plenty customer support resources, the best one being the help centre.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. This is the best accounting software that I have worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frequent and automatic updates. Alot of the other systems do not have such frequent updates and address customer concerns.
