Best Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct stands out for several reasons, but one of the key features I appreciate is its robust cloud-based architecture, which provides real-time financial data and insights. This can be incredibly valuable for organizations that need up-to-date information to make informed decisions. Additionally, its flexibility in handling complex financial structures and its strong integration capabilities with other systems make it a powerful tool for managing finances efficiently. The automation of routine tasks and its user-friendly interface also help streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that might be a bit frustrating is the learning curve. While the system is powerful, getting to grips with all its functionalities can take time, which might be a bit of a hurdle if you're trying to get up to speed quickly. And as with any software, the experience can vary based on individual needs and how well the system aligns with those needs.

It does what it need to do
What do you like best about the product?
It continues to grow and makes it more valuable as our company scale up. Enjoy the Sage support page on each screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more basic functionality within each module, Sage Intacct tends to depend more on third party software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We depended on third party to intregate with Sage Intacct at the beginning and as we consolidate software, Sage Intacct is adding more functionality to its core base.
Robust accounting system
What do you like best about the product?
Recent virtual training summit (and replays) are incredibly helpful to learn about new features (or old ones) and to hear from users on how to best utilize the system efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost structure is a bit frustrating with users and net adds and being penalized, but unfortunately I just think they are strict like most cloud-based ERP solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage has alot of integration ability with various CRM and other expense management and corporate card programs, which is very helpful as a growing organization.

The system is very simple and userfriendly.

I feel like I should be able to do things but can't find ways to do it.

I am able to pull a full P&L with budget variences
Quick to learn, Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Clear structure with easy user friendly dash board. Integrates with other software seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to reporting and creting new reports we have found this side a lot more difficult to know what to do and are trying to learn on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has let us go paperless as well as automating a lot of our processes by linking to our banks and expenses/credit card app
What a fantastic system
What do you like best about the product?
This is a eally intuative system that takes the hard work out of finance. Having recently changed finance systems the training has been exemplary and the team have picked it all up quickly as it is simple and straigthforward.
I am particularly impressed with the intercompany acccounts whcih requires the minimum detailed knowledge.
The implementation was simple and the support is strong via multiple platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. Some of the words are unusual but you soon learn what they mean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to produce reports quickly and efficiently and gives excellent and relevant data to colleagues.

Reporting is not very good. It is limited and hard to manage.

Sage is great for our company!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very user friendly. Having the ability to connect the banks allows us to easily and quickly create journal entries and credit card transactions directly from the banking cloud as the transactions come in multiple times a day. The customer support from Sage has been amazing. We have received multiple hours of professional help from a Sage expert which was amazing and helped us a lot as we were new to Sage. Also, having quick access to the help center in the top right corner of the page allows to search for any question we may have about Sage and get an explanation right away. Also, being able to customize our dashboard has allowed us to put some of our major financial reports in one, easy-to-see location for the decision makers in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very different from the typical, basic accounting softwares such as Quickbooks. It does take a number of weeks/months to figure things out, especially if you are using Sage for the very first time. It is best to have one of their experts guide you through things. The wide range of features is great, but it does open the door for some confusion for some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sage being a cloud-based software, everything saves automatically. We had previously used Quickbooks desktop, and we had to backup the work we did each day. We are able to avoid this problem by using Sage. Sage is also great because we have our banks linked and the transactions automatically come in the banking cloud each day, where we can create journal entries from there.
User friendly and easy to navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
The applications are easy to use and reports are easy to generate and modify.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about Sage Intacct, everything works as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our internal accounting software, it helps keep everything in its place.
