What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for large organization for record large volume of transaction with minimum time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the any transaction is recorded wrongly then itis not allow to delete transaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful for record large volume of transaction at minimum time.
My experience has been very positive.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is live. The bank is almost an entirely automated process. This helps reduced our workload significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between entities could be more efficient and clearer. User friendly as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is soliving by cutting down time consuimg tasks and making tasks more efficient.

Level switching for some transactions between top level and entity level

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features that you aren't able to obtain on other platforms. Very easy to use. Great that you can attach manual invoices to the system. Great tutorials.

The user interface could be clearer, potentially easier to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
It is module based like AP , AR and banking etc. where you can closed period for different modules and customise as per your preferences.

You can't search things easily or customise your search as per your preferences and report customisation is also difficult in that

Customisation of report and search is difficult in that and not that much user friendly

Bank reconciliation is easy to set up rules and get it posted.

What do you like best about the product?
The cash management after set up is very simple and quick to use, The rules save alot of time on processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to switch between Top level & entity level for different parts of accounting postings. E.g cash management you need to stay at top level & SL posting needs to be in entity level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down on time management in regards to manual postings. Can create recurring invoices, bank rules etc

Being able to add and edit files after posting is very useful& the draft function
