The bast accounting software out there!
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly powerful! It can handle all of needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too powerful that it is hard to understand everything it has to offer. Good thing they offer specialists and account managers that walk you through everything and have Sage Transform conferences!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Milti-entity reporting
My experience with Sage Intacct has been good thus far, but there is much more for me to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of capabilities and functionalities is large and wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of services and capabilities that I cannot access as the Senior Accountant unless I am assigned the specific permission ans as I'm doing new work or tasks it become a hassle to have my manager fix my access and permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I joined my company approximately four months ago and it seems to be helping consolidating our data and increaase our reporting capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
So far it has been an exceptional experience. The partner and sales team did an excellent job navigating our requirements and manange expectations. The implementation partner has been a wonderful fit and we are very excited to go live. When
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there hasn't been any dislikes. Our experience has been really postive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping us manage project balances and reporting. Realtime dashboards with consolidated reporting. We are extremely excited to provide comprehensive realtime reports to our leadership.
Customizable, streamlined, modern, and growth-oriented
What do you like best about the product?
We're only a few months into our go-live after a guided implementation through a VAR and we can already take advantage of its features. We converted from Quickbooks Enterprise for our multi-entity shared company and already cut chore work out of our days to be able to focus on leveraging the platform further to get to our ultimate desire - core analytical work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The possibilities are seemingly endless, which can make the design and configuration daunting! While we appreciate being able to do beta and early adoption programs, improvements can be on a long roadmap.

Multi-entity accounting, consolidated reporting, console and instances for many users

Customizable to our unique clients and their multi-generational and multi-entity families.

not yet Family-Office focused or tailored to Individuals. Can't change the name for quickstart categories!

Less manual data entry with match-rules and creation-rules
Transform 2024
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dimensionality of Sage Intacct. It has streamlined many processes for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any downsides because we are new to Sage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bank reconciliations are so quick in Sage. It is cutting down on our close times.
Extremely robust, intuitive product that perfectly fits our small business needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The Help menu and "More on This Page" features are so helpful. I can easily troubleshoot my issues.

The fixed asset module isn't as user-friendly as the other core modules.

AP automation, construction reporting
Sage Intacct has been a game changer in our organization with pulling reliable information.
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily move between modules and drill down to our information.

We struggle a bit with getting reports set up how we want them and get correct permissions set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows us to access real time information quickly and easily.
Eye-Opening
What do you like best about the product?
After getting some experience with the software it becomes easy to navigate and has many useful tools to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules have restrictions that make data flow difficult. For example, the Accounts Payable tab will not let you reverse payments when they have been marked paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is saving me time compared to other accounting softwares.

It has proven to be very intuitive and user friendly.

There are some functionalities that would be useful to our business that are not available in the software.
