Sage Intacct WOW
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is user friendly and offers a help section which is easy to navigate. Creating custom reports that are auto generated for a credit control team saved hours of work each month. Payment runs are easier and faster rather than manually setting individual they are done by importing a file. Reduces the chance of payments been missed. The babk line feeds have also saved alot of time when we have set rules so it applies to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when an error pops up its not often clear were to go to solve the problem. Some downtime when the bank feeds dont show or come later on that day. Not often, and everything has niggles now and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, time is important in any role and the manual processes in place have been replaced with a slick process. From importing bank feeds and payment files create weekly, its more accurate and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the automation that we now have, helping us become more efficient, saving time and effort. Specifically around bank feeds/assignment rules and the collections module with automated statements and reminders being a huge benefit to our credit control team.
On top of that our reporting is now much simpler with customised reports set up to give us the information we need in the format we want.
On the few occasions we've needed to use customer support they have been really helpful in providing the answers we needed, so no complaints there.
The customer success team are also a valuable resource that we have leant on to help improve our system in terms of reports, dashboards and processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to be honest. The only one I can think of is that because it's much bigger than our previous system and the audit trail is much better it can take a little longer to correct an error or adjust something that may not be quite right. That's not necessarily a downside though, just highlights the robustness of the system, especially compared to something like Sage 50!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of repetitive, time consuming manual processes, like data entry, running reports, sending reminders and statements to customers. All this is now streamlined using the processes built into Intacct

Some of the more advanced settings can be a bit tricky to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep an accurate record of all AP and AR transactions which then helps the accountants create reliable and readily accessible financial reports
Sage has significantly improved our ability to monitor financials.
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting capabilities are far superior to the Sage50 system that we were using prior. The previous system was much slower, required a VPN to access and was clunky.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep, however the resources provided are very useful and helpful to understand the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely reporting is the biggest one. It has helped us be able to provide stakeholders with better, more accurate and more efficient reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I just love how easy it is to sue, everything is labeled perfectly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like how sometimes you cant always reverse/delete a mistake and you have to create a new journal :(

They always seem to come up with new updates that help make the website less buggy which is nice

Sage helps in Easy Accounting and Solves the problem of documentation
Great Accountancy Software
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very intuitive, and easy to use. We currently only use in single currency, but have multiple entities that roll into a top level. We don't currently use the consolidation tools but this is something we're looking to explore. I find the reporting and data analytics easy to use, and haven't found anything the system can't do. Our account managers are working with us on our roadmap on how we can utilise the system more, and this is a great collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems quite high compared to simple off the shelf platforms, but there are many functions that we don't utilise yet, which would probably help underpin the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data analytics and preparation of management accounts, especially with a basic top level consolidation remove manual intervention.

easy to use. and a lot of function. it have record for my timesheet.

When I make safe file it take some time.

I use the timesheet function a lot, and it makes recording easy.
Doing timesheets and approving them is as easy as it gets

Too many clicks to get a time sheet done. Should be an automated section for everyday used callouts
