Just getting started but finding it very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the user input is intuitive. I'm doing testing right now and I believe our implementation is going to go smoothly. Our implementation advisor is just an email away and responds quickly. We will be using Intacct for about 8 hours a day 5 or 6 days a week - so the natural efficient entry of data makes that less tiresom. I love that I can import bank information and add documents to each transaction. No more filing! Being able to split ap invices and gl entries between our internal companies is huge. Integration was smooth even though we had to jump thru some hoops to get what we needed for reporting. We have 23 internal companies and need to report based on multiple and different dimensions and Sage was able to accomplish that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just the changein reporting criteria to accomodate all of our internal companies wasn't something we expected - but it will be better for us in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paper was our problem - everything was on paper and took forever. Now things move smoothly with scanned documents attached. Another significant issue we had was that we had 23 internal companies and no way to efficiently split company wide invoices. Now we can split them in the software and only enter them once instead of 23 times!

a) User friendly interface for GJ Posting, AR and AP Cash Application.

c) Saves a lot of time and effort to record transactions.

What do you dislike about the product?
a) No bulk Upload option to make changes in existing Journal Entries.
b) No Immediate response from Customer Support especially during emergency times.
c) No Option to reverse cash application for one invoice where multiple invoice are marked as paid at once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainting Books of Multiple client with different currency with User Friendly Interface and easy to pull required reports.
Easy to train new employees due to friendly interface.

Intacct is a fantastic accounting software!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct allows us to manage most things financial for organization with one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we enjoy the ability to crate customer reports, a few templated most freqnetly used would be helpful. Also, we had issues with CSI vendor payment processing and are moving back to former third party.

Allows us visiblity and reporting for multiple entities in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible information. I use it frequently and have never experienced a negative outcome.

Nothing to report at this time. I have found everything to work well as as intended.

Sage allows all the data I need to access to be readily available in easy-to-find locations and consistently provides a secure connection free from error messages.

Highly Steamlined Cloud-Based Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Sage Intacct and the competance of their authorized partners continues to impress me. We often have some rather uniquie ways of looking at our business, and Sage Intacct has allowed us greater flexibility, which then allows us to focus on results and not processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are on the Early Adopter verison of the Real Estate module, and have hit some snagslining up our needs with the CRE functionality. With that said, the programmers have worked hand-in-hand with us to ensure that our needs were met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many leases, each with different terms that must be managed and tracked, along with the usual accounting requirements. We have used several systems of the past dacode or so, with Sage 300 CRE being the most recent. Sage Intacct is by far the most efficient and easy to use of all of them.

I wish there were more videos around how to write a custom reports and it was more guided to import budgets.

It's able to help manage date from a high level as well as detailed.
