I like the ability to toggle between Work and other Blackberry apps directly within the app.

Occasional duplicate notifications pushed to your phone

I am able to stay connected to work which helps me manage time sensitive situations.

Innovative Streamline Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very innovative, responsive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional error messages which often-times take hours to fix. Software needs to be be more integrated to accommodate multiple platforms simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More enhanced security without having to incorporate multiple platforms. Software is extremely user friendly.

BWEP is streamline, east to navigate and has performed well for the organization thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
Black Berry reassures me that my email is safe. I don’t have to worry about getting bug emails because blackberry protect me and my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult to set up for my business.

By using blackberry I have to spend less time sending emails to junk and praying that I don’t open an email that will cause a virus. Blackberry just protects my buddies ness at so many levels

I most like the functionality of the blackberry mail system. It is original and unlike those of other major corporations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a refresher on the appearance of the website. More customization would be appreciated as well.

It has improved my work, as many of my colleagues utilize this software and it helps us to improve communication.

I would recommend trying out the software first, before switching over to this system completely. See if it suits your needs.
If security is the organization's biggest concern, you can't go wrong.
What do you like best about the product?
I was very hesitant when my organization switched to BlackBerry Workspaces given how much use I get out of my work smartphone. However, after using it a few months, I can honestly say having one "platform" for all of my work is somewhat convenient especially if, like me, you're prone to forgetting passwords and the like because you can use one password across all aspects of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest compliant about BlackBerry Workspaces has been regarding file attachments. For instance, if you receive an e-mail with an attachment that you would like to view, after clicking to open the attachment, it kicks you out of the e-mail program and into the Enterprise platform "app" within BlackBerry Workspaces. From there, you can view the attachment without any difficulties and that's completely fine. However, if you need to either save the attachment onto your phone for viewing purposes later, or would like to forward the attachment via e-mail to another recipient, the platform will not allow you to do this and instead, you can only forward the original e-mail you received with the attachment included which you may not want to do if there is a e-mail chain included that the recipient does not need to be aware of. Lastly, I found updating the software to be quite buggy and has required me to delete and download the BlackBerry Workspaces application again on multiple occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definitely think our organization has improved our data security and overall enterprise security by requiring all employees to use this on their respective work phone so we've definitely solved the data security matter.

Consider the functionality required of your organization and employees before putting data security ahead of all other things.

What do you like best about the product?
Blackberry work is so useful in terms of updating you about new business emails whilst away from your laptop or work, you can maintain your work calendar from there also and get nice reminders to dial in to calls which you just have to press one button!

It does sign you out regularly however this is more a security issue I guess

Being able to answer work emails on the go has revolutionised my productivity, I’m now always in the know. Can check my cancer and attend all my calls.
