Not happy with the interface and unlocking options
What do you like best about the product?
Features which I like:
1. The security of this app is really the best in the market and we can rely on this app for email protections
2. Sync feature of the app is fast and mails are delivered immediately

What do you dislike about the product?
Following features I don't like about Blackberry Work:
1. Installation of this app is really a painful process and takes a lot of time and have to download additional app also for installation. Both the apps are huge is size
2. Many a times the app logs out automatically and still the sign of app is there in notification bar, however, there is no notifications for the email received as the app has actually logged out. Due to this problem, I have missed out important emails many a times
3. Unlocking feature of the app is not all good for Android. They introduced the fingerprint scan unlock feature very late.Still it keeps asking to type the password (this might be my company policy, but this policy makes no sense when the finger print scanner is active)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not much suitable if you much of work is dependent on the email and you are on the move. This app is not highly user friendly and creates a lot of troubles so many times

What do you like best about the product?
BlackBerry Workspaces has services like cloud content collaboration that help in increasing interaction with the clients thus improving the services delivered to the company.
Secondly the software is much easier to use and this make it more attractive to many people.

The tool is expensive in maintenance and thus small company would be able to handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BlackBerry Workspaces helped in cloud content collaboration process and this improves the services delivery in Kibabii University.

I would recommend other company to integrate the software with their system and they will enjoy the efficiency of this software.

BlackBerry Workspaces help in cloud content collaboration in a company this is great task in our company since it assist in the development of the company projects welfare and other services. The tool help in promoting the operation of the company. This increase the sales and thus the growth of the company.

BlackBerry Workspaces is abit complex and hard for the first time user to interact with it. However according to me that is not great problem because once you are familiar with it you will enjoy its services alot after all the manual and skilled personnel are available for the assistance.

cloud content collaboration is enhanced effectively with the use of BlackBerry Workspaces earleir before we integrate our system with the tool we used to had problem with the promotion and diversifying the market of our services and products thanks to BlackBerry Workspaces.

I would recommend other company to use the tool since it has helped alot in the cloud content collaboration. Thus consider using it every time.

The tool is abit complex since it consist many software at one single software.
The software requires use of the manual which is not clear to first time user and since its lengthy and has many content under one page this make it hard for the first time user to comprehend well about it.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s an app on my personal mobile phone with the softoken enabled on it as well for 2FA. Emails are easy to read and the formatting is great. Calendar app is convenient as well.

Might be interfering with personal phone privacy

Blackberry Work is smooth and being able to look at text messages and email very quickly is useful in a fast moving environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, organization for email is basic. Searching for specific emails can take a good amount of time, even when using the search function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an adequate program. The only problem being solved is reducing the amount of time it takes to reference a text message when reading or responding to an email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are going to be sending a large volume of emails from different departments, and need a high degree of organization, I would suggest considering a different product. For a medium or light volume, this is sufficient.
Steady improvements, it’s pretty decent now.
What do you like best about the product?
At this point it’s a very decent email app that mimics a lot of the native iOS UI and gestures. That’s a GOOD thing, makes it feel natural for the platform. It does a fine job of keeping itself up to date, and I’ve noticed that they company behind it has been updating and improving things more quickly lately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was tighter integration with the exchange/mail servers possible to allow me to do things like update inbox rules. I’m unsure if it’s an implementation choice of my corporate IT or an actual product limitation hough.

It keeps work email separated from the rest of my phone

It’s very smooth and easy to use. Extremely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I can’t receive any notifications. I have an iphone X and all notification settings are turned on for the app. Our IT team even checked and they can’t figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become very easy to communicate with my coworkers outside of work hours. The app is easy to use and helps me to not get backed up on my emails.

Blackberry UEM device we use for our work purpose it's keeps safe all our work in safest way. Also it's so handy that you can connect with everything fro. Chat ,WebEx, connecting work internet abd and other required apps

Nothing as of now. Everything works as expected . It's no ce and Friendly.It have a fingerprint feature if doesn't works Everytime.Not sure if it's a phone issue or App issue
