Effective security, easy navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to email, calendar, tasks and chat. Appreciate the notification for new emails and upcoming meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the navigation between functions is slow or stalls completely. Notification of new emails and meetings don’t include details. I am not sure if this is a limitation implemented by my company or a limitation of the service itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to email and calendar while away from the office is critical, but customer information needs to be contained and safeguarded. BlackBerry UEM provides the security needed to allow me to do business away from the office.

Able to store files / emails / large docs and able to access from anywhere

Allows you to quickly respond to emails that are time sensitive, as well as access documents and check your calendar

Problems with sending out calendar invites via the app. Changing planners on your end doesn’t update on other attendees’ calendars

Being able to access documents on the mail app. Being able to get reliable email notifications that show who the sender is.

I like how i can work from anywhere via my phone such as emails and chat

I dislike how the chat feature does not instantly notify me when an IM is recieved

It impacts my work by allowing us to work remotely by being able to check emails and chat

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to function within the program. This product is a great business tool because it is a secure way to distribute info quickly. I recommend the product.

I don't have any complaints about this product. It works well and I feel protected when messages are sent out.
