Great stuff, terrible UI
What do you like best about the product?
Blackberry's secure and reliable infrastructure is always great. I never worry about any of my data disappearing or leaking, and it's accessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels outdated and is in need of a refresh. Also, plenty of older features such as chimes are unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with Workspaces is much simpler and it serves as an excellent solution for teams divided by distance.

Good product
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for emails and it works fine, nothing too crazy
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it'll notify you of an email but won't update in the app

Not much really, just communication on the go

I love that I can share all my files in one central location. Great for working in team environments and co-workers where you share and store lots of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning it was hard to navigate the software. However, customer service was a great help and they walked me through the entire process and showed me a few things I did not know the software had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has helped me store all my work products in one central location. I can now work more effectively with my team and share products with coworkers without the hassle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product if you work in a team environment where you share and store a lot of work documents. This software is a great addition to any office. Makes my work a lot easier.
Not Very Good
What do you like best about the product?
It is a reliable software that is founded and backed by a company that has withstood innovation for years. That's about all the I can say.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. The software is dated and there are many tedious intricacies that make productivity suffer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving company cloud intranet and file services.

Makes suer that you fully review the software and are willing to dedicate time to training.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how secure the email is--and that I can use my fingerprint to unlock the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems excessive that I need to get 2 apps in order to check my email on one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to stay connected with work while I'm away from the office or traveling for work without requiring me to travel with my laptop.

Nothing to dislike very aceesable and easy to figure out for anyone. Just have to have a black berry to use

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy checking, monitoring, and responding to emails on my BlackBerry because it is most similar to a computer. It does not feel as if you are on a mobile platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of innovation in BlackBerry products over the past few years. Platform is dated and is deserving of an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BlackBerry workspaces is ideal for those who have email intensive occupations and require fast and timely responses without the worry of technical error.
Straightforward and secure
What do you like best about the product?
I like how straightforward the software is. I do feel like it is a very secure way to access data outside of the physical workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t particularly dislike anything in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software solves for the problem of security breaches of important internal company information. Users benefit by having a secure means to access company data in the cloud when not at their physical work desk.
