Blackberry
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the app or app group could keep me up to date on company issues without the need to open my laptop and could be accessed anytime anywhere. Allows you to get responses of managers even wheb they are away, traveling, on vacation etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a very large app, actually a group of apps 3 to 4 of them. Each one is supposed to give another level of functionality but i was not able to get any use from at least one of them. it requires that you designate some disk space as a company owned container for secure storage of company data. Administrators can do as they wish with content in this space, a bit invasive. Do know what becomes of this container after the app is uninstalled. Uninstalled because it used up every last bit of space in my device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides constant connevtivity and keeps you tied in to work all of the time. You can respond to email questions from your phone. Its a good way to prevent missing out on critial email threads and discussions. Lets you stay in-tune with business as it occurs across time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s made for business so it things run well on the devices themselves
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not as common anymore so compatibility can be challenging with other devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to sync and communicate to other devices in network who are using the same systems

The app is very fast to upload and easy to use.

nothing to do dislike, it gets the job done and helps me answer/read important mails before/after work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a French firm so the timing and response time can be an issue. Being able to answer and send emails on my way to work is a significant help.

Work space from BlackBerry is a great way to keep track of emails while not at wori

In the past it has led to accident reply alls in which drama ensued from the recipients

File share with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can do everything you need to do with sharing your files in a safe way with a couple clicks. I know that it is secure and every can collaborate as they need with no problem because everyone can share the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will only let you share so many files if they are really large but it is very rare. The user friendly aspect of it is awesome so there isn't much else that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit very well because it saves a lot of time and hassle that I dont have to deal with because it is so easy to share files and collab with my employees.

Do it. That is all I can say
It makes doing business away from the office easy.

The accessibility, the convenience, the ability be as dynamic away from a desk as possible.

There wasn't anything I disliked about this product.

Really enjoyed the ease of collaborating on files with a larger group of people - didn't run into any versioning issues.

Speed/Ran into some snags when trying to collaborate - typically able to work around it.
