Easy-Peasy
What do you like best about the product?
UI is very easy to navigate and to understand the support is a breeze as well, most of the time end-user issues can be resolved in minutes!!
What do you dislike about the product?
None, although some companies are moving away from it some are moving into it, I highly recommend this platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with corporate apps on corporate phones like mail, token generator, intranet site browser. For benefits, it is very easy to navigate and resolve issues, most of the time just have the user reinstall the app provide access code, et voila! Resolved

What do you like best about the product?
Everything feels compact, smooth, and fast. I appreciate the fact that Blackberry went off and created a better OS. The experience is quite good, It a lovely thought into this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many things are wrong with the Blackberry 10 OS. The first is the startup boot screen. It gets unbearable when you have files loaded in the phone, updates too, lag is an issue, and Android apps have a hard time functioning appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, speed, precision, clean operations, innovative work, added some form of beauty to my work.

Its easy integration with skype and symphony helps to jump in any 3rd party applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can take time sometimes to update the inbox and outbox which can be inefficient.
If there is a link included within the email then it's compulsory to use the browser within Work which is not that easy to use.

Accessing business emails on phone makes my job really efficient with no need to open my laptop.

BB workspace- most secure to use
What do you like best about the product?
it allows us to Security travels with our files wherever we go, controlling access even after we leave our firewall. it enable you to access and manage your workspaces and files from anywhere

Overall interface has many apportunity to change as compared to android OS's its interface is still in ancient times

Blackberry UEM provides an easy-to-deploy secure containerization solution to enterprise or user-owned end-point devices. Blackberry UEM suite places Blackberry back into the mobile workforce solutions space, which the company championed and developed.

Blackberry Unified Endpoint Management suite can benefit from further automation and ease of integration with third party solutions.

Great OS for the businessman
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about this operating system is that is great for every business position as I have used it in marketing and even with Human Resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike about this software is that it is not very user friendly as it take time for someone to learn how to use this software. It was ahead of its time as now with iOS and android its becoming outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to have at your fingertips it allows you to use all your applications as if you were having a computer in your hand. Of course the software is dated compared to todays tech.
