Used to be a decent platform
What do you like best about the product?
The security of blackberry is known since forever. I still remember the craze blackberry used to have in the past days, & it served as the primary platform for the workspace, it still is but competition has majorly taken over.
What do you dislike about the product?
There're issues such as hanging or jittering. Other than that the set up for SSO can't be done by ourselves & we need to contact the blackberry team for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The files which are confidential & needs to be securely sent to the other user. Blackberry has been reliable in terms of security since ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Compatibility, speed, security/ data privacy, and editing are some of its best qualities. we can use it anywhere, anytime. Speed is awesome.

Didn't find any major flaws. It was best so no major disadvantage.

my company has large files to share, and it the best choice for secure file storage and sharing. It makes it easy to enable personal productivity, facilitate team collaboration and curb well-intentioned employee workarounds

The security provided by the service provider is second to none and the access to files wherever we go.

The syncing process is very slow and sometimes the user gets signed out for no reason.

This has made filesharing easy and the ability to access files anywhere is a boon. Its very easy to navigate.

I dislike the organization of security that provided by the admin , need the security performance by all the system. Could admin do mistake which can allow his docoument be in danger

Problem that I'm not familiar with blackberry system and workspaces work on blackberry devices which make other device not access to any file shared by admin

Not the most user friendly, but it works

I like that I'm able to easily access my email and calendar while away from my work computer.

I feel that the interface is not user-friendly and can be confusing at times. Also, it does not remember your login so I have to put my password in every single time I want to access my account.

Able to access my email and calendar when away from computer which is crucial during WFH times

What do you like best about the product?
There are many features and options to determine what type of locking to do for files and folders. It is easy to add new people to a folder and determine if the single person should have special rights or join an existing group. It is easy to set up workspaces for a project so people can all work in the same area for files. The admin area is also very robust to do audits and set up new users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive for people to determine what DRM is set up for them. There is a need to have software to help manage the DRM on a computer that adds an issue for people who need admin access to install the software. People also do not get notified quickly about what files are being asked of them. There are notifications that are sent out, but they are easily ignored and missed. I found notifications from two years ago in my workspace that I never got.

We are sharing files that are sensitive to other users that are outside of the network. Setting up document protections without the need for passwords on files that get lost. The ability to share large files.
