Works well but not the best interface
What do you like best about the product?
The app does what it needs to do, and is easy to use once set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process to be difficult for this app, and I think the interface could look better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps access my work email remotely, which makes it easy to stay connected when I’m not at home.

Makes it easy to share files
What do you like best about the product?
It is really helpful if one wants to access their different files in one place or if one wants to share different files to their coworkers.It is also really secure and I have faced no data leaks that would compromise the various files in our organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app lacks many features that would make the shared files easy to organise or search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to collaborate and share our files within our workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an amazing app for someone who uses their office emails on their phone. It sync really well and fast. It's a fantastic way to have access to your emails on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this app stuck or freezes which makes my things delayed and then i had to restart my cell phone in order to fix it but apart from that its completely fine

I use to access my office emails and its a secure way to make the encrypted connection between the hosts.

Excells in almost every aspect
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly I believe Blackberry has the best security and privacy for years. Its very convenient, you can also choose the same password on different platforms. The other best thing is that it is very much accessible on your mobile, which gives me the liberty to stay connected while I’m not at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvement in the interface, Its not soo user-friendly. There can be some issues on it if there are many users accessing it on a same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using it i have some fait that i am not going to loose my saved data. I can also completely protect my confidential information. Communicating with the coworkers is been very easy with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall it is a relatively easy to use platform. There are certain specific things that are annoying but overall good and has many useful features. The app generally loads things very quickly, for example even with a large amount of email which is common, the app will download and display all the emails quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain annoying things with specific apps in the platform. For example in the email app, it seems impossible to copy an email address. This is an important feature and it should be easier to do this. I would also like to see more integrations with other platforms,specifically chat platforms like Microsoft Teams, slack, etc. for example. Companies are using these chat platforms more and more to replace email. Sometimes the platform is just generally slow as well. Sometimes large amounts of email can take a long time to load. This also varies based on the network connection of the device, sometimes on cellular data, emails can take longer to load. So much of this may not be related to the blackberry platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the app to integrate with email, calendar, contact, etc., and general HR information for employees across the company. This allows employees to mostly manage email but also other services on their mobile devices. Constant communication is key to success in any company today. In a world where constant connectivity is increasingly common, this platform has allowed us to keep employees connected when they leave the office and are on the go. Although email is the primary app being used in the platform, we have several different apps which employees can use through the blackberry platform. The goal is to replicate all the apps that employees already can use on the computer at the office. Besides email, the main app is a web browser. The Blackberry platform includes this and allows employees to use the web on their phones, along with accessing email. This is important as many web applications are used throughout the course of a normal work day.

Ensure your users have training sessions. The platform is powerful but can be complicated to use. Training sessions are important to show users how to get the most out of the platform.
Functional but lacks some features
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a functional mobile app system, great for email and with plenty of customizations possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t seen or used a chat function, which would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s useful to allow people to send emails from their mobile devices

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have email securely on my phone. It's easy to use and loads quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to copy from the app to other parts in my phone. Also, there are three apps, its just annoying to have so many apps for only really one to work for email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work email, when I'm away from my desk, its easy to check my email and respond quickly.

Less apps, ability to copy.
