Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The basics are very easy to learn and use, while more advanced functions are available to learn as you get more familiar with Trendminer
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between Trendhub, Contexthub and Dashhub. Looking for a function in the wrong application (less appliacable when more familiar with Trendminer)

Searching for events in data takes a long time

Deep Dive into production data and start liking the new way of analyzing and working
What do you like best about the product?
quick trend display and different methods to analyse, compare and even predict. The best thing is you could use layer comparission and automatic notificaiton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I can't delete the tag name I created. I wish to have a managing tool to delete the unwanted tag names I created in the past.
Another one is to sperate different dashboard into folders on left side bar. I think you know what i mean.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data comparasion and analyse. Quick data display interface and quick response time. I spend more time on trend miner than other apps. The automatic notification is also a nic tool.

What do you like best about the product?
a lot of simple features , easy to use, no need of a dedicated software

miss some advance features easily available (ie programming )

manipulation of a lot of data , discover simple interaction between data

The possibility to create your own tags and aggregates.

The loading time for new tags can be quite long.

It can be used to optimize certain processes and visualize them in the best way possible.

Ease of use, create new tags using an equation, data mining and speed of data transfer to spreadsheets, overlay of trends, etc. Excellent customer support

The limited number of tags I can use. Sometimes the created tags do not transfer.

Value based search. Recommendation engine.

workflow too distributed. too many submenus and windows for using certain features. influencing factors are lost when selected, then search again.

it helps me to find and assess different process states.
Still Discovering How Powerful TrendMiner Is
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about TrendMiner is the easy viewing of trends for the PI Data. I use it a lot for work to quickly check where we are operating or what was going on during an incident. It makes it easy to visualize. I am excited to explore what else TrendMiner has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the downsides is that it is not the most intuitive. There are improvements for ease of use with the latest release, but some of the functions or operations can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TrendMiner's main benefit to me is being able to easily load PI Tags and see how a piece of equipment was performing during an incident. It also is helpful for identifying points in time a piece of equipment behaved oddly and what other tags might have been affected or the cause.
Trendminer is the fastest way to explore and learn about your process data.

The user intrerface is intuative and geared toward statistics.

Some tools (like summary statistics) seem hidden at first glance.

Searching for patterns in our data and creating monitors is extremely helpful to unload the burden of having to learn about events long after the context has passed.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast trending combined with robust and intuitive tools to build custom tags, compare data from different time periods, and share findings with the team.

Asset Framework building and modifying, needs to be easier to add new tags to the existing asset framework.

Public/Published dashboards and emailed dashboards/reports.
