What do you like best about the product?
Trendhub boasts a user friendly interface thats easy to navigate. Its intuitive software is equipped with powerful tools to efficiently address daily challenges in production plants. The platform offers abundant learning material, ranging from fundamental steps to real world use cases. Free training resources, their learning portal and both virtual and in person training by Trendminer experts are readily available. The help center chat requests receive prompt response. The platform also facilitates simple data visualizations and seamless transitions between trend displays and x/y scatter plots.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you come across an error the error message can be a bit more descriptive. Other than that it is an amazing well thought out tool and I greatly appreciate their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us understand real time customer insights. Helps our customers increase production predicting the best parameter conditions. Also helps find root causes for incidents.

Every time I follow a webinar there are new features while I'm still exploring those of the previous webinar. Very high pace development.

Although everything is done to be as user friendly as possible. It really helps if you are smart with programming.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using TrendMiner this summer and it was very easy to get started! It helped me analyze a process at my job and figure out how to optimize production rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to view or compare multiple time frames at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TrendMiner is helping me analyze a process that has many parameters. It consolidates them into one view for comparison.

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful visualization of data from the process makes it easy to daily keep up with the variations in the process, monitoring numerous equipments at the same time, comparing the efficiency of each, and making available the Search Value function, something the control room can`t.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though trendMiner has a lot of different functions os looking for specific numbers or events depending on how you configure it, i personally think it could improve in the monitoring section, implementing new search methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ever since i started learning the platform, it has improved a lot in providing enough information through ocasional trainments to the users and making the experience as easy as it can be.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about AG TrendMiner is that,it has created a comfortable and intuitive user experience. I like it's ability to analyse data and export same data to Excel to easily complete the analysis. Another aspect is the flexibility TrendMiner has to integrate with a range of data sources, create searches, set reminders and the ability to create groups of trends to simply compare data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much so far but TrendMiner sometimes is annoying and brings a lot of confusion with the date format when creating new tags. This is something that can be worked on and get resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AG TrendMiner has streamlined and improved the quality of the product and reduced tremendously the operational expenses as well as manipulation of a lot of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Trendhub has an easy navigating user-friendly interface, software is very intuitive and it is full of powerful tools to help troubleshoot daily issues on a production plant. Plenty of learning contents are easily available, starting from the most basic steps and with many practical examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some extra features could be added. However, a request can be easily submitted anytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trendhub helps identify root causes for daily issues which can arise in a production plant. Once cause-effect is well defined, future interruptions can be predicted and avoided thanks to this software.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ability this application has to read very fast many kinds of databases and do analytics.
Through this product, its very easy and intuitive to look at your data as well as processing same data.
I also like how the application clears trends and identity the problem immediately.
The set up of automatic alarms and alerts is quite outstanding and this puts AG TrendMiner on another level.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software is abit costly and it cannot be affordable to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TrendMiner has streamlined and solved all kinds of problems in terms of data processing.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of out-of-the-box integrations with pretty much any data source and its scripting supports powerful data transformations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minima instruction is required for a non-techie to be able to run a workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to extract and cleanse incredibly complex data from a range of legacy software and uses the function blocks to create a workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the function for data review which is fast and fantastic. It's easy to use and intuitive product which you can create search to compare previous data,you can set reminders and create groups of trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the presence of such platform. I have zero downsides.

This product has improved greatly the effectiveness and efficiency of data analysis.
