Great data analysis software
What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed with how fast it is at reading many kinds of databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to write something I would say some add-ons are not free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preparing data, creating predictive models and potting them in a visualized presentation.

Analytics at lightening speed
What do you like best about the product?
The product takes away all the pains and learning from analytics. It helps you get insights into your data in seconds. It seamlessly processes diverse data and gives results that help you make business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is in Euros. It will be nice to have local currency for several countries to help save forex, bank transfer costs, and also to help meet local compliances. I think this will be implemented as the company grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trendminer is helping us understand real-time customer insights better and in ways that we have never done before. The pricing is worth every penny spent and is far lower than deploying competitive products.
Makes my job soooo much easier
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is and the amount of resources to analyze data without programming or making major efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still not possible to generate reports for shifts. It's also impossible to create "synthetic" variables if the level of the original variable is two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get ahead of problems in equipments and see how the process is performing. I also use it to generate charts, databases and graphs in order to instruct the opearators about process issues.
Stay ahead of the curve with TrendMiner
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily search and analyze our process data to identify trends and patterns. Since TrendMiner uses a high-performance analytics engine, it's possible to process large amounts of data quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
TrendMiner can be a bit inflexible. It can be difficult to customize it to meet your specific needs. And it might not be affordable for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TrendMiner's pattern recognition technology is very impressive indeed. It identifies anomalies and trends in our process data very accurately. TrendMiner helps us to avoid tons of dollars each month.
Costly, complex but very powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring and predicting the behavior of our processes has always been very critical to us. Thanks to TrendMiner, we could achieve our goals such as;

What do you dislike about the product?
It hasn't been easy to set up, and some of my colleagues found it not so user-friendly. Additionally, prospective customers might find this excellent solution beyond their budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our sector, consistency of product quality within and among batches is critical. Time series/manufacturing intelligence and predictive tools enabled us to achieve excellent results in quality and productivity, making us a reliable partner in the eyes of our customers.
The friendliest and useful Analysis system
What do you like best about the product?
Have a comfortable atmosphere, intuitive to use, helpful in analyzing data and an easy way to export the data to Excel to complete the analysis; you can create new tags and complement the information you need to explore, and one of the best, you always count with the support of Trendminer support. The guys are always available to support you.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you want to create a new tag, I dislike the date format is super confusing to me; I prefer something more manageable, or if you have an error in the date format, make the error message more descriptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The capacity of cooling in cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers. To predict the best parameter conditions in specific equipment to increase production, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I want to take this opportunity to state that we (The Harbour Energy AELE Rotating Team) use Trendminer ‘all’ the time.
It is one of the first applications I open in the morning!
The Tools provided by Trendminer are ideal for reviewing the Historic Trends on the RE Equipment (i.e., Historic Layers, Predictive Mode, Influence Factors, and Alarm monitoring).
It is an excellent aid for monitoring the Top Tier Equipments service performance on the Lomond Platforms EPM; monitoring with Trendminer has helped the Team with out-of-hours support with troubleshooting, especially during periods of serious Gas Compressor Dry Gas Seal issues.
Some High-Level Examples of the use of Top-tier Rotating Equipment :
• Lomond EPM Compressor & Export Pump Packages:
o DGS System Monitoring (monitoring for Seal issues/hang-up/degradation)
o Pressure, Flow Control Valve Monitoring/Performance
o Historical Trends (Stacked) are great for aiding troubleshooting
o Fuel System & Engine Temperature checks
o Pump Mech Seal Performance (Monitoring for signs of degradation)
• NEV/ Lomond Train 1 Compressor
o Saved Views & Monitoring sets like EPM
• NEV / Lomond Power Generation
