What do you like best about the product?
Trendminer has helped me a lot in my routine. The connection to delta V data is always reliable. In addition, you can make statistical data, download spreadsheets and analyze with system data in the same graph.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never had any issues. The system has training and links to access. To learn the system, you need to use daily. Sometimes you forget tools, but, they also have a good support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use statistics tools to find process improvements and find root causes for incidents. Also, the system can send you some e-mails if the variable is out of range.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to analyze the process data not only for checking what is going on and also to find opportunities for optimization and improvement. On the other side is easy to track the outputs from projects.
It is a very user-friendly interface and easy to integrate with a wide range of data sources.
I really like the versatility that is gaining with the NBs.
Nowadays a must-have for me to make data-driven decisions for improvements.
I really like the support that is around the tool, the people is fast, helpful and nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nowadays I have found some limitations for some "advance" things like in the notebooks (pipelines in dasboards, data loading, etc) and there are still some features (like Dash) that would be great to have, and sometimes I struggle with ContextHub for certain scenarios. Additionally, in my case that my company does not allow to have "normal" users to have admin rights, it makes sometimes tedious the process to develop things with ContextHub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowadays is monitoring several parameters and KPIs, specially in complex assets, to be sure that the process is running efficiently, for example from energy perspective.
It is also important for us to contextualize data.
We are also builiding predictive models (AI) either to predict consumptions or as a soft sensor to predict quality specifications from production tags.

What do you like best about the product?
The function for data review is so cool. I can search the data variation via it in one minute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formula function is good, but it should be more easier to use

Process analysis for the chemical industry. It helped me to know more about the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to include formulas , set reminders, and create searches to find & compare previous batch data to help troubleshoot issues. Easy to use and intuitive, these classes should be an essential part of onboarding with this softward. Great tool once you learn how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more classes or in person training opportunities. I am new to the business and have only attended 2 virtual classes, but have learned alot with both classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set alerts to keep an eye on process data and notify the correct parties when things need to be looked into. This allows attention to focus on other items until an alert is received.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create groups of trends to easily compare data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there is no option when saving a workspace to have it come up with the current time and date when you try to use it again. At the moment it always open the date when you first saved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to look at the past for trending as well as predict future issues with some user interpretation involved.

What do you like best about the product?
There's nothing hectic like manual process manufacturing. TrendMiner offers self-services capabilities that makes it super easy and rapid to visualize time-series-based processes and asset data in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a web-based solution that lacks on-prem programs for PC, desktop and mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitor process behaviors in real-time.

Improve product quality while reducing operational expenses.

BI tools on dashboard enables me to view production waste, energy consumption and product quality for 24/7.

It has a better area in the notebooks to use the interface with python

What do you like best about the product?
TrendMiner offer the visual graphics tools as other historian programs do with the flexibility and easinees to create formulas, conditions and predictions, eliminating any chance to export data to a Excel worsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
TrendMiner requires you to save every single formula and aggregation separately, creating a lot of items on you working folders. These items could be saved automatically in the view file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process control issues, like abnormal conditions and when I need to figure out which variables explain a process variation. By using the influence factors, I could understand one process variable that was increasing product losses.

What do you like best about the product?
Trendminer is easy to use data analysis tool and is very intuitive. Easy to create dashboards with the ability to share key information to others within your organization.
I live the interaction with the support teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of, is that if viewing on a tablet, the functionality is not optimised, you can select items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Review of pump performance data and vibration data, helping to identify underlying causes.

What do you like best about the product?
Trend miner helps in saving time as well as I have attended the fundamental as well as context hub training, and both find very use full I hope trend miner will be the best analysis tool in future
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is about the terms used in the trend miner are a bit hard to understand and need to be more easily understood for regular users which will attract more people to use it for analysis

It helps in finding the machine's condition and productivity and analyzing both in easy and well-picturised representations, which helps us in easy understanding our process
